Ryan Underwood saved the day for me! 5 stars for Ryan who answered my call immediately even though the last time we had contact was a year before. I was stuck in an embassy with the wrong insurance for my visa… He contacted the company I needed and because of that I got my renewal papers immediately meaning I was able to go ahead with my visa application. Without his help I would still be stuck in the UK 🤣 Top Guy! Thanks Ryan 🙏

I initiated the renewal process. I also had to ask the agent to negotiate reduced rates, That should be your responsibility. You need to approach the renewal process with the client in mind, offering several options to allow him/her to make the correct vdecicion.
You do not do that.
You followed my instructions, and did not add value to the service.

I dont know how these guys got all my personal information but now they just keep pestering me. They seem very dodgy.

You recommend a company for expats, who sent us documents in Spanish and told us we would have to pick up documents from office which 75 minutes away by car. I am disabled and find this difficult, why can't they post them. No instructions as to how medical insurance works(never having had one before) wish I had gone more local
