They were all helpful and professional and I already feel like a valued customer. Thank you for having such wonderful professionals available to assist senior expats, such as myself.

I have used this company for the past few years.They have excellent response time in providing you with health insurance premium comparisons. Only drawback is that I did receive several calls and emails to the point I was a bit confused. Aside this, I am satisfied with the services I received.

Calling me at 5am absolutely ridiculous. Blocked everywhere

The agent for NowCompare found the right healthcare plan for my current situation as resident but not working in France. All communication was prompt and professional. I can only highly recommend.

Glad I read the reviews. Constantly calling me, even had a missed call at 3am. When they call me a name appears on my phone 'Likely Nuisance' with a sub heading of 'spam caller'. I eventually answered them after many weeks and the person went straight into asking me personal details. Blocked on every device I have.

Nice company help me with my policy. It was a first the person who helped me choose insurance and then second the service department who will take care about everything. I am with them 3 weeks already make claim about my insurance - very good and happy.

Good service setting up our insurances. They keep in contact closely and helped me make a decision about the insurance company. I went with Cigna in the end which does a good option for older people like us.

Scam. I am happy that I gave wrong phone number. They are NOT giving a quote by email like promised. They asking phone number for using whats app. The website they show in the email comes with 'not found'.

Don’t believe this is a legitimate broker. They hard sell a company called Regency, which doesn’t seem to have any real substance. Only details I found were a Nigerian insurance company. When I asked for options on international well known firms like Cigna or Allianz, they disappeared. I’m feel this May be a scam.

THEY ARE HARASSING ME WITH THEIR PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS.
YESTERDAY I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE BY PHONE, I EXPLAIN THAT I FOUND ANOTHER PRIVATE INSURANCE AND SINCE THEN THEY ARE CALLING ME SEVERAL TIME AT THE DAY, ALWAYS WITH DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER AND I RECEIVED FEW EMAILS PER DAY.
EVEN I TOLD THEM TO STOP!

I purchased an expensive insurance via NowCompare. There were red flags from the beginning but I have to say I ignored it as needed to set up policy urgently. After months I changed an employer and had to cancel my policy - NowCompare shared false trading informtion about my policy and refused to cancel it!!!
I have no idea how is it possible such company operates on the market without being sued.

Also the guy that phoned, sounded very intoxicated, slurred words, kept asking if he could repeat himself until I found out he wanted money.

Scammers and really annoying they keep calling you forever and ask for money!!

Be careful, if you contcat them but don't book it, they will never stop calling you. It is a wild spamming company.

They seem to operate like a boiler room high pressure sales machine. Never stop calling and emailing.

They are the same company as Alliance and Regency brokers so unsurprisingly tend to refer punters to their own companies despite the promise of ‘now compare’.

They are registered in the Mauritius (a jurisdiction infamous for hosting tax avoiders and shady companies). They are certainly not licensed and regulated anywhere legitimate eg Europe /USA. Certainly not licensed in the UK yet they mask their (VoIP) phone calls to pretend they are calling from the UK and elsewhere! When I ask where they are really calling from they take ages to decide where they are seemingly located. This is super suspicious behaviour!

Tom was extremely professional. He communicated everything really clearly. I was very satisfied with the service he gave me. I found him to be friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Excellent all round. 😊
