Lisa Stokoe at the Cramlington call centre helped me to find my dream trip to Australia. I gave her my wishlist and Lisa delivered. Nothing was too much trouble, despite my endless tweaks and preferences. Throughout all of our negotiations, Lisa was extremely professional, whilst remaining warm and friendly.
There was no hard sell and I felt comfortable with the whole process.
I feel that I got amazing value for our 31 day holiday, across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand, including a 14 day cruise.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to friends and family, and will actually miss our little chats.
Every company needs a Lisa!

Lesley Miller posted Marrakech trip on fbk when I saw it I asked her if it was still available. Even though it was a Sunday Lesley's day off she told me that it was available + to get in touch with Kelly. I did so + Kelly was also very helpful + we have booked for me my husband +2 friends. They also said that they can print paperwork off if I go into travel shop which is also very helpful when you are 69 years old.

Just finished holiday of a lifetime to Japan. NLT organised everything flights, hotel and cruise so well and they made any adjustments as we requested well before travel dates which made for a stress free booking. Never had any issues using them with several of our long haul packages which have always been excellent. Staff also very friendly and efficient over the phone and easy to contact to resolve any queries. The best for our long haul cruises.

The young lady that dealt with us was very pleasant and helpful. She sorted out our problems and put our minds at rest. She also rang me to tell me that she had found a cruise for us which we have now booked.
