NRG Opiniones

Closed my account for no reason!! What a joke of a company

If you like wasting your time and money this is the perfect place to do it.

Joined ladt night some great slots big bass always my favourite some good bonuses come out enjoyed playing hopefully one day i will get big win i can dream

One star is too many , absolute scum , seems to have been set up as a site with the sole purpose of just cheating and robbing people , went on the roulette and you can actually see the ball being stopped, how are these sites allowed , absolute scum

Is anyone running this site? I signed up deposited and mid play account got suspended. Money is gone and no one responds to emails How does the UKGC permit this type of daylight robbery. There seems to be no one actually operating this just a website. Have seen other customers report similar experiences.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This company is a completely utter scam!! They have taken £160 then decided to close my account within a few hours of me depositing and when u email them they dont reply! When i have asked for my £160 back, Im currently going through gambling commissions to get this company reported!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

super worry ! I have expected that they will pay my withdrawal of £55.00 , after all the reviews I have read... super worry now!
I don't think they will pay , cos it takes so long ,now it stop on pending position foreverly.
After a length of time, they have paid my money back into my bank ，then my NRG account has suspended by them straight away. However ,it was not a good experience . Don't keep your customer's unhappy. Therefore,I can rate them 1 star

Deposit 20 bet horse won withdrew some got 10 free bet horse second withdrawal not paid out said 3.5 days fast at taking the cash not recommend

If you gonna make ur money disappeared go play there

I deposited £ 130 and didn’t use any bonuses – played only with my own money. In every single game, I didn’t receive even one bonus round. Not even once. Every spin resulted in a loss – no wins, no free spins, no features, nothing.

It honestly felt like the games were set just to take my money with zero return. I’ve played on other platforms before, but this was the worst experience I’ve had.

I don’t recommend NRG Bet – it feels unfair and suspicious. Definitely not a platform I would trust again.

Worst bookmaker's ever very very low stake I think this company belongs to Micky mouse

I was really worried when l seen reviews especially as l had just won and withdrawn my winnings. But l didn't need to worry as my money was in my bank account within the hour.
Thank you 😊

Do not USE! My review will be removed once I receive my Money back that was used on an account nothing to do with me !!!! £500

£130 down, never won big since 2019

Never withdrawn anything at all

Lindsey Dainty went out of her way to solve a difficult problem with BGL and was continually helpful, very polite, patient and constructive. A real problem solver

Been betting on this site for a good while. This week, however, I had some decent wins, kept withdrawing then carried on gambling. They then asked for proof of identity documents which I sent. Won £200.75 and started a withdrawal then I got an email back from them to say they were going to cease trading with me. Tried to log into my account and got a suspended message. £200 75 is probably a drop in the ocean to them but it's not to me. Wish I'd read all these negative reviews at the start. Gambling companies only entertain you when you're losing. Woe betide you if you start winning!

14/07/25 Still no response either from them or their parent company and my account is still suspended.

31/08/25 No response to my questions. My account has now been closed by admin without an explanation.

signed up started depositing lost made another bet it on can't get into my account it says account suspended due to security WTF sent 15 EMAILS not one reply avoid this site at all cost contacting the gaming commission this morning.

SCAMMERS!!! Take my deposit eat I cash out 80£!! They close my account!!! And no pay out to me my money !!! AVOID !!!

Do not use these! After depositing I went on to win £1,200 when I went to sign on I was unable to saying my account was suspended. I received emails saying I need to show documents after doing so my account is still suspended. We had a couple of emails back and forth but all has stopped now I’ve sent 10 emails and not received one back. They are scammers beware!

So after my timeout from this casino a thought i would give it another go! So went through the procedure,emails/and phone calls to be told ok the account will be up and running in 24hrs! Tried logging in they even dont know why i cant login😂,They cant even work there own site! Absoloute shambles, how they still operate is beyond me.
