My experience was great in a Time of unforeseen circumstances, NRG stepped up and helped me I. A time of need. Thank you NRG 😃

Definitely rigged games especially big bass games big bass splash hardly no bonus at all and when it goes to the bonus it quickly flips to something else !! Hardly no wins at all and no free spins or anything given being a loyal customer not even an account top up like other casino may drop a £10 in your acc definitely not this site . Daylight robbery stay well away

The worst site I have ever played on and I’m not just saying that! It’s that bad that it made me want to join gamstop for a while!

£500 in one day! It’s awful awful awful no bonuses and rubbish glitches and cuts you out! Ive actually went further into someone looking into this for me as the gameplay and glitches etc was not right in this day and age! I would recommend not wasting your money here! Plenty better sites out there!!

I am a member at the Lewisham gym branch and I have to say one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The vibe in there is fantastic, the staff are super helpful and the equipment is so well maintained and just overall great! Highly recommend to everyone

Strange little tinpot bookie. Signed up yesterday and stuck a £20 bet on Barcelona to beat Inter in the UCL semi finals. Bet unfortunately lost. Received an email just now telling me "Your NRG betting account will no longer qualify for promotional benefits on Sportsbook and Casino". So in effect, telling me they don't want me as a customer. I've never even attempted to use a promotion, just placed a standard bet. WTF is that all about?
Every time I try out a smaller bookmaker, I'm reminded of why it's so much better to stick with the bigger, more established names in online betting.

I have sent multiple emails and literally no reply’s. I am owed a lot of money and no withdrawal option given so it’s just sitting in my account !!! I feel it’s a ploy for me to carry on playing but I won’t now as a matter of principle before I am paid out!!! How you can’t withdraw fund is crazy, literally madness. Let’s see if I get an email from the team this week and hopefully my withdrawal is paid.

No free spins or bonus. Be prepared to have a lot of money to spend before you win. Terrible customer service does not place any value in their customers. Take take. My advice avoid.

Just signed up this evening. I’ve made a withdrawal so I will upgrade stars if that all runs smoothly. I review online casinos to over 400k followers so hopefully can give nrg a flowing report

Good treatment and transparency

I too dont get the negative reviews, I opened an account, Deposited cash, won and withdrew no hassles whatsoever.

5 withdrawals and all processed and received into my bank account within an average of 2 hours. I can honestly say that the site is slick and the live casino is good. This is my own personal experience, and this is how sites should be, just like years gone by when you could have a fair gamble and play the slots. Well done and thank you for the excellent gaming experience

11.04.2025 - Account is now blocked after being verified! Not sure what’s going on. Gave up and moving on

I use bank transfer to withdraw and to deposit money, deposited £6 it’s gone from my bank account but not showing up in my account, look into transactions and it says failed but my deposit is no where to be seen on either bank or casino!! These are impossible to get hold of, no number, no live chat and just an email they don’t ever reply too.

Shout out to the agent Bryan and NRG transportation, it was a grate expeperience and excellent communication). Thank you so much

I placed at bet and it won, they pay first past the post and official result, they took the funds off me and put my account in the minue, that is a joke, l want to complain to gambling agency this not allowed

Honestly don’t see what all bad reviews about I never read before I joined over a year ago had 2 x 15 grand wins as well as smaller ones and always get paid out quick. Only site I use

Very good with payouts and market choices, wish they would add esports but other than that the instant payouts make NRG my main bookie.

SCAM! never agin

I don't understand the bad reviews as i have had quite a few good wins on NRG, and withdrawn quite a few times, there game are great, and customer support is really helpful.
hopefully my good luck continues.
