NRG

So, just joined yesterday. Managed to make a withdrawal which reached me within 20 minutes…so far so good. However, made a second withdrawal at 20:47. It’s now ten past midnight & it hasn’t even been processed. Now, I understand they state that withdrawals can take 3 to 5 days to reach accounts, which would be fine if my first one hadn’t hit my account in only 20 minutes! For me, this suggests that this casino is not entirely organised when it comes to money transactions, which is a bit of a concern. For that reason, it’s only a 3 star rating for now.

EDIT: Withdrawal received 13:20. For that, I’ve added another star.

I should never have registered nor deposited here. Horrible site, terrible cheap games, poor payouts on every game I played.

No live chat. Avoid.

There's far better out there.

Rubbish, not a full selection of games, no light and wonder or blueprint.
Avoid

Deposit £20 won £300 then they suspended my account sent all evidence in heard nothing absolute robbers avoid

I deposited £200. Then a further £300. My account was then suspended & I was informed I could not play. I am waiting now for the £300 to be returned to my bank account. I can't understand why they let you sign up. Deposit then close your account. Very suspicious in my opinion.

Joined yesterday afternoon made a few deposits. The site itself I really enjoyed and managed to win back my deposits and with profit double my deposits , made the withdrawal, and last night was bored so thought have a wee game again made the deposit and once in my account I was instantly suspended.Received an email saying account was closed due to their terms and conditions, thought what about my withdrawal and deposit I just made, and to fair be they closed my account but my withdrawal and the deposit I made were both in my bank account this morning, don't understand their business ethics

Honestly the worst site out there let me deposit a few times obviously won nothing at the RTP is so bad then they shut down my account with no explanation at all stay away honestly I learnt the hard way :(

Stay away please you will never get paid off these scumbags spend your money on something nice don't give it these robbers I only needed to deposit 30 to realise straight away it was an utter scam avoid like the plague please people don't give em your money

Very poor company at first it been ok.. Then everything went down hill playing casino online they just log me out for no reason then they put suspended my account

LIARS, THIEVES & DESPICABLE COMPANY . I won £7,500. I sent all my evidence, documents, they replied my passport & driving license all satisfactory. Please send your bank statement again as we can’t open the PDF. I sent my bank statement, ; times. They could not open the pdf, I ten sebt a screenshot.
The following day, they replied “ WE HAVE CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT “ & this is in line with our terms & conditions. This is our final decision & there is no change of procedure. UTTER SCUM, THIEVING

Avoid this company..

No telephone number...no head office address...sounds like a one man operation

Been using site for over one month had a balance of around 9k £, they have closed my account sent me £1,100 back which was less than I deposited this week and have stolen the other £8k, gambling commission needs to take away this license- horrendous company

Worst site yet. Thought id ignore the reviews and five this a shot any way.

But not worth playing 1000 not a single bonus. They are so predictable. And it's just taking. I only play 1 pound stake. I played one game too.
So 1000 spins no bonus. Just fixed.
You can't possibly win on here.

I know gambling is a risk. But please risk it somewhere else. As this one is going to rinse you bigtime

Honestly we know gambling is a risk we all do, even though most of us are stupid, but this site is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! £50 on one game and no bonuses just goes straight passed the one you need every time, same on big bass splash it gives you the two you need at the top of the reels and then you have two chances of getting the third one as the reels spin down, lost count of how many times it was doing it!! You couldn't even get a bonus off this horrible greedy site if they were actually giving you them 🤦🤬

Worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to online gambling. Bonus features never seem to pay anything. The best advice I can give anyone is stay away from here and spend your money elsewhere.

I don't know who wrote bad reviews, probably have no idea what's is casino and how it works.

Deposits easy, lots of slots to play.

WITHDRAWAL in my account less then 20 min.

Thank you NRG

Started playing yesterday with them, I understand what you all saying about never get free spins on any game you play....unless you play for hours. I've worked with online casinos in past and know quite alot on how they work, although every casino is very different.

300 pound in one sitting to not get on the scatter to win 20 pound scam roulette terrible missed every number no gd get rid and now closed my account with my bets still on 80 pound stolen robbing scammer stay well away

Absolute con artists, you won’t win a penny on this site stay away!!

Simple as that. Incredible how these can operate. Don't waste you're time. Wish I'd read the reviews first.
