NRG

Leaving a good review to fight the bad.

Outside of the big dogs (Sky, WH, Bet365 etc) this is probably the next best site you'll find.

It's a well made website/user interface. Having sports on top of slots and live casino is a big plus. Decent withdrawal times.

If you're leaving a bad review because you lost on slots you should quit gambling because you clearly don't understand it.

Slots are 💯 fixed
These thieves will take your money if you play the slots, they don't give features for free spins....STAY AWAY

Joined last night deposited £200 won £4000 on live casino ! Withdrew early hours it was in my account by the time I woke up early this morning ! Thank you NRG ! Great casino don’t understand the bad reviews ! No hassle no dragging out payout ! Brilliant !

Well I deposited and they instantly suspended my account I have requested to withdraw my money still waiting for it to stop pending theives keeping my
💰

Never had a problem with this site until today. Won £60 on catch 22 but never received the funds due to a "technical error" then a few minutes later won £12 on a different slot and the exact same thing happened. Closing my account!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Registered as a new customer and spent £700 on slot games without a single feature! Not one! I eventually recouped my money after depositing more and playing live roulette.

The biggest problem is communication. My account was suspended after requesting to withdraw money. I received a generic email requesting various forms of ID (all standard procedure) but then, nothing. I have sent 5 separate emails over the last few days, I have tried contacting on their advertised social media platforms. I have not had a single form of correspondence from this company and have no way of checking the status of my withdrawal. I also still have funds in my account that I’m unable to access.

I have joined numerous online betting sites over the years but this is hands down the very worst! As soon as I have access to my funds I will be closing my account.

I hope people read this honest and frank review, before they join or deposit any money. Utterly disgraceful service.

I am quite new to betting and I opted for a promotion with NRG to bet £20 to receive £10 free credit.

In error I put £10 on and immediately realised my error and went to cash out. I could only cash out £8.50, odd given the race wasn't for another 24 hours.

I placed the other £10 on same horse same odds.

I contacted customer service to ask they honour the promotion given it was a genuine error and they told me no chance. They won't give goodwill out as it is against gambling rules apparently. Lies they are just cheapskates.

I have made an error with a other bookies and they honoured it with no issue and were very kind. Don't touch these jokers or should I say thieves.

As I said NRG, enjoy that £20 as will be last you will ever get from me. Not a good way to run a business

£30 on 20p not even a 1p win or bonus it’s rigged don’t use
