Joseph was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to go through all the available options with me, secured an excellent electricity tariff, and also advised me to go directly with British Gas for their gas tariff, which turned out to be the best deal available. His knowledge of the market and willingness to point me in the right direction — even when it meant not taking the sale himself — really stood out. Thoroughly recommend Joseph to anyone looking for honest, well-informed energy advice. Five stars well deserved.

Jake was amazing and listened fully so he could give us the best possible price.He answered all my questions abd he called back as promised and I felt I was never under any pressure which gave me confidence that Jake knew what he was doing. Jake has a wonderful manner making you feel at ease and that you are not just another business.

Harassing nuisance of a company, told them I am not interesting in dealing with them on numerous occasions, still they call back. Now they have started sending emails! Get the point now?!

This company has been hassling me for over 6 months to provide me with a new deal when my current contract ends, with persistence through regular calls. Being hard of hearing, i insisted on only doing a deal online where I can verify what i am being told is correct and the best tariff for my business. During a call, i misheard a question which i answered yes to, which enabled him to lock me into a 3-year deal that was not a competitive deal at all. As far as i was concerned, he was sending me the rates and offer by email.
I have been paying a much higher rate for the last two years. Totally ripped off. Nothing I can do about it. They gained about £2000 from this deal, and i have lost thousands.
