Great renewal process
We have worked with Amanda for years and she continues to give us great support with our utility renewals. This time around the uncertainty around the world made for some tricky conversations but we were able to get an overall price that saved a significant amount for the business.

We have recently signed up with this company after myself trying for 14 years to convince my MD this is the way forward with our utilities bills, i managed to get my MD (reluctantly) on a team meeting with Gavin Addison and Sam Butch and we haven't looked back since, not only have they claimed back over £11k in CCL for the last three year we have also manged to cut our yearly bills by approx. £1500.00. we can not thank these two enough for their hard work and support they have given and continue to give us. if you haven't signed up with these guys you should... Throughout this process
Throughout this process, I have experienced extremely poor service, a lack of clear communication, and ineffective problem solving. The matter has now been ongoing for over a month, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates as no proactive communication has been provided.
This level of service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would have expected the issue to be handled more efficiently and for updates to be communicated without the need for constant follow-up from my side. AVOID AT ALL COST!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Having reviewed the correspondence, we can confirm that we have responded to your recent emails on the same day they were received. Following discussions with the waste contractor, the reported reason for the failed collections of the general waste container was that it had become overloaded and too heavy for the vehicle to safely lift. For safety reasons, drivers are unable to empty containers that exceed the safe lifting limits. You were therefore advised that some waste would need to be removed from the container to allow the lift to be completed.
We have continued to support you in resolving this and have sent a further email today at 15:36 with additional guidance on the actions required so that the collection can proceed successfully.
Please respond to the latest email or contact us directly so we can continue working with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
