Your Miranda NSW outlet/shop front had the items I was in need of. What made the experience outstanding was the lady running the store. She was incredibly helpful, not only in my product acquisition, but also in cleaning advice and the normal service life of the items. She was amazingly friendly, talkative and a pleasure to do business with. If there is any way she can be rewarded or recognised, please take steps to do that.

I called NSW CPAP re setting my machine at 10cm of pressure and they immediately sent me an instruction sheet on how to do that. Very happy with that service level.
