Saw the FB ad and read a few reviews...was a little skeptical as many times those reviews are not always " kosher "
Sent in the car data and they responded by chat message with EXACT pricing information including taxes etc, etc ...which made my decision better/ easier ..they were significantly BELOW the brake shop and garage down the street.
Technician booked me an appointment for 4 PM the following day ..guy confirmed his arrival about 30 minutes prior ..and was here at 10 min till 4 ..( impressive ) ...had the exact parts in his van , pads , rotors etc ...and had the tires off the car , problem identified and what was needed to fix it in about 5 minutes...
The technician knew exactly what to do...as he was very experienced and knowledgable...answering my pesky questions ...
He did NOT try and up sell me and told me that the front pads and rotors looked good ...
Around 4:35 pm ..I was pleasantly surprised to see him putting his tools away ..The work was DONE...my oil change shop takes 30-40 minutes to change the oil and wiper blades.
We settled the payment by credit card transaction ...fast, secure and safe.

Overall ..FIVE STARS and great professional service with a two year guarantee...at a price about $200 less than the brake shop estimate and $1,000 less than the GMC dealer repair shop...( who goes there for repairs ? )

Mike was knowledgeable, timely and courteous. Pads on all four sides replaced very swiftly. Excellent customer service.

Quick service and charged exactly as quoted. Never felt like they were trying to oversell me anything as they only recommended what I needed. I saved about 70 dollars compared to a quote I got from a local shop for just my front brakes. No charge for coming to my home is just the cherry on top! I will be using nubrakes for the foreseeable future for all my brake maintenance!

My wife’s car needed brakes and with covid 19 happening I was looking for shops that do brakes. I started checking reviews and NuBrakes was highly recommend. The best part was there a mobile service. After checking prices they were 25% cheaper. Communication was excellent and Michael was efficient on the repairs. Plus they were covid 19 compliant, mask and sanitizer. Would recommend 100%.
