I made an order on July 30th went on vacation came back today August 16, 2025. I ordered so i could take it on my trip but that didn't happen. Nothing was delivered nor can I get in touch with anyone. I sent 2 emails this afternoon requesting a refund and I haven't heard anything back yet. I probably won't. UPDATE: August 17th, 2025 I filed a report with FAIR TRADE COMMISSION because a lot of people seem to have discrepancies with this company and they should be stopped.

I would leave a zero star review. This company took my money, never shipped, and now won’t give me my money back. Don’t buy from them. It’s a scam.

Scam. Never received anything but they will send an email with a story saying they are sorry for the delay.... and then nothing again.

Company is a scam and does not actually sell products. They assure express shipping and then a month later, no products! Buyer beware!! This company is not legit!

I ordered this almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve reached out more than once to their customer service and they’ve said it’s coming but nothing yet.

After waiting well over a month, I finally got it, it's just breathing in air with a slight flavor to it, useless. I was using 0% vapes, but when I ran out I was hoping this would help, but it took well over a month to get here, so I just white knuckled through when they did run out. You're probably better off chewing gum and sucking air from straws than waiting over a month for slight flavored air for $20+

If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted the company almost 2 months ago bc my order was stuck/lost in the system. The day I sent my first email the status changed. I contacted them back again saying I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. They come back we need order number and to track package. Over a week of constant emails they are saying we have sent a refund let us know if you get it. 4 days go by tons more emails and no refund. Now package is on its way and I’m so over it I don’t want them. This company is a joke and I will NEVER recommend to anyone period.

Wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option. Horrible customer service. Complete rip off item was never delivered and they just keep saying it’s on its way 20 days later

If i could give it a 0 I would. Ordered on July 19 2025 and its now Aug 8th. I've not received my items nor even an update or estimated shipping. Do not order from them, save the trouble spend a bit more and go to fum or something.

Placed an order an July 6 and my order hasn’t left CHINA, yes China, yet and it is now August 8.. When I expressed I no longer want my prefer just my money back, their customer service quit responding to my email. Contacting the BBB today.. O beg anyone who reads this to NOT order from Nuevocore.co.

They said 3-5 days shipping. I emailed and they gave me the run around. Told me they'd send it Aug 3. Still never sent. Now they won't reply to emails.

Can I just give NO stars? Lots of promises and nothing to show. Waiting for a refund, but honestly I’m not sure I will see it! They sent me a tracking but when I clicked on it, it took me to an app I had to pay to see where my order was. Talk about scam!!!

This is the worst place to order from I’ve been waiting over a month for my order and every time I ask where it is I get told a different order date. DO NOT ORDER from here as they are a scam.

This is a scam! Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Everytime i email them asking about my order the reply with "patience from you greatly helps us complete your order" What???? No what helps you complete my order is putting it in a package and shipping it... amazing how quickly they take your money and then ask us to be patient??? I should have went with my gut feeling that it was a scam but I went ahead and ordered.. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I never received my order and while customer service does respond to communications, they are not helpful. Tracking information does not update.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible company. Ordered July 6th and after mixed responses from them saying it’s been shipped/it’s been delayed, I finally asked for a refund. Over 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t seen product, or my money back. Absolute joke.

Even giving one star might be too generous for this company. I should have gone with my gut feeling. The offers listed on their website are too good to be true. Seems more like a scam. I've been waiting for weeks for my order.

Yep same deal as most reviews... never received the products I order and the 2 emails I did received told me to be patient. Ummm your website says 3-4 days shipping it's been well over a month... so I believe I got scammed should of just spent the extra 50 bucks and got a FUM
