I placed an order July 2nd. The website advertises 3-4 day express shipping. I email the company almost 2 weeks later because there has been no movement in shipping. They immediately send me “shipping” confirmation from Yanwen. I had no clue this would be coming from China. Still no actual shipping info almost a month after initial order. Asked for refund multiple times as the shipping was beyond the 3-4 day express. They wouldn’t refund as the items were “shipped” Filed a dispute with my bank this morning

I had the same shipping issues as a lot of other people, but customer service did reach out to me, so I decided to give them a chance. I’ve seen some folks call this a scam, but then mention they got refunds, if it was really a scam, you wouldn’t be getting your money back, right? Anyway, I eventually got my order, and I have to say the device itself is really nice. It looks just like the more expensive competitor, Füm, and even came with a cute little travel bag.

Now for the flavors, I ordered a bunch of different kinds, but honestly, I didn’t enjoy any of them 🥲. They were all way too sweet and artificial tasting for me, even the mint flavor tasted like artificial sweet mouthwash. The fruity options smelled and tasted just like vape juice, which unfortunately just made me feel nauseous. I’m half convinced they just use the same juice from actual vapes, lol. I’m sure the flavors work for some people, but they just weren’t for me. I wish they tasted more natural, like the Moxe air inhalers you can find on Amazon. I might just try making my own wicks with essential oils, because I really do like the weight and feel of the Nuevo itself.

After placing an order and being told it had shipped, I was given repeatedly conflicting information about whether it shipped or whether it was actually delayed. One person told me it was shipped, another person told me it was delayed, and he had a third person told me it was shipped and would be arriving at the end of the week. It never arrived. The tracking information is useless and doesn't provide any indication of where and if a package is even in route. Customer service is a joke, conflicting information depending on who you talk to. The last person promised a refund in an expedited fashion, after a week nothing was confirmed and no refund was issued. Horrible, horrible company.

When I contacted the company about my order , is was explained they were out of stock. I chose to wait. They answered all my questions in a timely manner.

I just got my vape yesterday so I'm still getting used to it. I think the mouthpiece could be smaller. I'm not fond of the little whistle every time I take a drag.

I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered from them 4 weeks ago. Still haven't received anything and they flat out lied 2 weeks ago to placate me and they refused to refund my money. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Don't be their next victim

Never received item or a response to getting a refund

As many before me have stated, this is either a scam or their shipping is horrible! It says 3 days on website. I ordered on July 2, and still nothing!

Guess I'll wait to see if I receive anything this year. Unfortunate....

I purchased my order on June13, and today is July 17, and the order still has not shipped. I emailed to complain on July 2 and they replied and told me they had some issues with the shipper and it would ship on July 11. Looking at the shipping tracker now and still showing the same thing.

I ordered on July 2, and tracking has not moved at all and it has been two weeks now. Customer service replied and specifically stated they are "not a scam" when I never accused them of being a scam.
I will be disputing this as a scam and try to warn others on social media. I think the good reviews are all fake and I don't trust this company at all!

As others have said, this is a scam. I placed an order on 7/4, and still nothing. I did receive a YANWEN shipping confirmation, but there has been no movement. I reached out and asked where the order was and was told it had been processed for delivery. When I asked for more specific information, there was no response. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered on June 23rd. Got a shipping update on the 26th that it was on its way. Never changed from shipper processing. I reached out and they responded very quickly and said there was a shipping delay and that the product would go out by the 11th. Well I messaged on the 12th when I heard nothing and as of now I still have heard nothing. Requested a refund, and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if I don’t have an answer in the next few days.

Placed order June 28th, still haven't received it. Tried contacting the company. After SEVERAL attempts, I finally received an email back stating there was a shipment problem and asking me to wait till July 11th. I waited, and sent more communication the 11th and 12th. No reply and still no product.
I truly believe this is a scam. Buyer beware.

I placed an order on July 1st. The package continues saying label created. That's it. It shipping from China's Yanwen shipping company. They should specify that once it reaches the US it takes 3-5 days. The website clearly states 3-5 day shipping. I feel scammed. People that are really trying to quit smoking have either been scammed or have to wait forever to even try the product. I would love if Nuevo reads this review for them to refund my complete order. I've already emailed them and they never responded. I would like them to refund my order so I can order another product from a different seller instead.

I’m still waiting for my product. It’s been weeks. While the website boasts 3 -5 day shipping, no progress after several weeks. Still waiting- do a better job @nuevocore

I am writing to express my significant frustration regarding the delay in receiving my order. Despite multiple contacts with customer service, I have yet to receive a resolution regarding the status of my package. The website indicates a shipping timeframe of 3-4 days, but I have been waiting for two weeks with no update. The customer service team informed me that the order would be shipped on July 11, but it has not been dispatched yet, and I was subsequently notified of another delay until July 14, which is extremely frustrating. This is a Scam.. whoever saying they recieve there package and order again thats a BS. Fake accounts😡

*Edit* The company has been pretty good with communication throughout. My order has shown movement and has made it to The States. Hopefully it will get here this week. I'll update again when I try the product...
It would seem several of us ordered product withing a week of each other in June. All of us have seen no movement, but shipping labels. The company did tell me it would ship today July 11th, but I haven't seen any movement. It would seem they could have a legit issue with shipping. I wouldn't order product until some of us that have already ordered update our reviews with positive feedback.

They said it would ship today (Friday, July 11th) but it still hasn’t shipped yet. I ordered this on June 14th. Gonna give it a few more days and I’m gonna ask for a refund.

I ordered this product a week ago, usually I don’t order things online for these exact reasons but I’m quitting vaping and I wanted to try something to help with the cravings. Well… long story short this is definitely a scam and I should have known from the start. They seemed legit at first cause they would email back and forth but they haven't emailed for a couple days now and there hasn’t been an update on the order as it still says waiting at the shipping carrier. EVERYONE PLEASE BE BETTER THEN ME AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

UPDATE: they refunded my money on July 28th 2025, but took money out of my account on July 30th !!! Please beware and change your card!!!

I ordered mine and still haven't received It. Says 3-4 days shipping. It's been a week maybe more.

I think it is a scam order never came and I emailed their support and they never answered
