Have been a customer for years, no they refuse to ship to my state.
Have been a customer for years, until last December when I tried to order my usual products and suddenly, they no longer ship to my state? No warning, no nothing. Customer service claimed my state enacted some new law that prevents Nuleaf from shipping to it. Yeah, nice try. I have since ordered the same products from 3 other companies, and looked at shipping policies from several more- no issues with shipping to my state. At first I thought they had made a mistake, and every so often I check their site to see if they have “ reconsidered” their no ship policy. Today was my latest check. What’s so annoying is I keep getting emails from them advertising specials and offering discounts- despite their refusal to ship to my state. So I’d love to know what’s really going on as this new “ law” is obviously bogus, and I wish they would rethink their self imposed policy, as I have enjoyed their product.
DO NOT, Just don't! You cannot trust what they say.
I am a Cabana Club Member which entitles me to a discount on my subscription orders. Today I paid $78.16, including tax and shipping, for a CBD product that I can buy from their website for a total of $27.85!!! I feel like I have been scammed! I tried to communicate with customer service and that didn't go well. The one agent they seem to have, Aiden Rhodes, has a very thick accent and I could not understand him. The only answer he gave me was that I would receive an email with an answer. That never happened. I have cancelled my membership and have found a local reputable business that I will do business with, Green Treez. I know it will be a hassle, but I think I will file a complaint with the NC Attorney General's office of Consumer Protection. It couldn't hurt and maybe someone will look into this. Others have experienced the same thing. At best, they're misleading; at worst, they're fraudulent.
Disappointed NuLeaf customer
Been a regular NuLeaf customer for '24 and '25. Tried to re-order late Jan. '26, but their website no longer had such provisions, no "Add to Cart' option. Custpmer Se rvice is way off-shore, and their only response is "Clear your cache & cookies and try again". Three attempts got me nowhere. Yet I get an email per day from NuLeaf offering their products. I did benefit from their products, but can't waste any more time , and located a local supplier. Done with NuLeaf.
Don’t even start
I loved this company. They made the best pet CBD I ever tried my senior dog on. The only product that gave my dog relief from her severe anxiety. So effective I got a regular subscription to my address in Louisiana. It was wonderful. She never missed a dose. She had some rough patches during the years on their pet CBD, but few and far between considering how constant it was before finding this product. But then, I got an email saying the credit card on my subscription was invalid and to give a new payment method. I signed in to my account. It says I’ve saved $0 on autoship subscription, though it was supposed to be cheaper. So I figure I’ll cancel the subscription and buy bottle by bottle. I can’t. The entire website is changed. I can’t add any product to my cart. The prices are insane - ranging from nearly $70 up to $400. I go on customer service chat and the person insists I just have to clear my cookie and cache. Do that. Try two different wiped browsers on two different devices. Nothing. I’m assured I’ll be sent to the relevant department for escalation. Days go by. No word. Try again. I’m still not believed, that the website won’t let me add to cart. I’m assured I’m still a valued member. And then suddenly, the person’s tune changes. Oh, they can’t ship to Louisiana. That’s the problem. When I ask why I wasn’t just sent an email stating rules and regulations had been changed and they could no longer ship to me instead of lying about my information and then changing the entire website for me, I was told they have no say in where they can ship their products. And I get that. But you’d think if they valued their longtime customers at all, they’d do the compassionate thing and give them a heads up about why their years-long subscription will be cut off. Now, I have very little time to find a replacement for my dog. If I run out before I can find a similar product or if that next product doesn’t work, my dog’s anxiety will go sky high instead of, say, being weaned off it very slowly - which I would’ve done had I been told this would be the case. Instead of being told I was wrong, I needed to clear cookies and caches, I was still a valued member of their service, etc. So be warned. Great products. No consideration or compassion or even proper explanation. This company sucks.
Avoid!
. What kind of business ships the wrong item and then won’t send me the correct order unless I bring it to ups/usps to ship back? Send me the correct items, refund me, or at minimum send me a return box, not give me work to do for your mistake
There's a few things that really…
There's a few things that really concern me about this company/product.
1. It takes forever to ship. I emailed them twice and they said they were backed up but orders (including mine) were going out that day...3 weeks later I finally got it.
2. It's the only product with 4 cannabinoids available which makes me suspicious
3. They have a free membership that knocks off like 70% or some huge amount (I don't feel like doing the math) but you get a huge bottle that I would expect to pay hundreds for anywhere else.
4. After 3 doses I noticed my taste buds were off. I have an almost constant bitter taste that goes away for a short period with food/drink/dental hygiene... Occasionally I'll get a hint of cannabis but I haven't used it in over 24 hours. I checked and people have told me I don't have bad breath which means this product has altered my taste buds somehow.
I'm cancelling everything with them and trying to see if anybody else has a similar experience (beyond the initial bad taste of right when you dose)
Wonderful products if you actually get…
Wonderful products if you actually get them. A nightmare of waiting and emailing. Second time in a month. Have no clue why they are doing this to customers who have been ordering from them for years.
Mistake and very bad Customer Service
I have been a NuLeaf customer since they started many years ago. I had recently ordered two bottles of D9 soft gels. The size of the soft gels was completely different in each bottle. One bottle had long, slender capsules, the other bottle had short, round capsules. I called and was told this was a “common” thing. Since they sell a variety of soft gels, I have NO WAY of knowing what I received. I have never received two bottles of the same thing with different sized soft gels. I asked to have them replaced. I was denied and the Customer Service? Person was actually rude. I am very disappointed. I have spent many, many thousands of dollars with NuLeaf and the least they could have done was replace the two bottles. I don’t buy the explanation either because it has never happened before.
SCAM Company and HORRIBLE Product!I placed an order for CBD oil on April…
I placed an order for CBD oil on April 10, 2025 for $54.10. After not receiving the order after 30 days, I wrote to their customer service department. They advised that my order was delayed, but now ready to ship. It never shipped. I wrote again to their customer service department on June 10th, July 10th, August 10th, and was told the same lie. I wrote again on September 1st, that I was getting the FTC involved and I finally received order after 6 months. The product smells like old weed in an ashtray and does not work AT ALL for pain! I want a refund. I found a GOOD CBD company (R & R)! Do NOT trust this company. Also, their customer service department is NOT a U.S. based representative.

Hard to place order.. not very effective. I used Delta 8 products with great results. Taste like ground grass would probably taste better.. got bugs. Mix capsule with the flower of your choice 😁. That's it.
The Nuleaf naturals website seems fishy to me
I've been using Nuleaf Naturals for over 2 years. I pay almost $65 -$70 for each cbd oil on a reputable website. But on nuleafnaturals.com the same cbd and cbg oils are around $15.?.
I don't believe it. And if you look at the reviews there are none from 2025. No wonder the reviews are so bad.
And now they have a thc oil and its $10-$11 if you are a member which is free to join.
Great Customer Service
I've been ordering from Nuleaf Naturals for around 4 years now, and only recently had my first issue with shipping. Our USPS driver accidentally swapped our package with one of our neighbors. I hadn't realized it and gave the neighbor's package directly to my neighbor, but they never mentioned they received my package. Even though it was USPS's fault, Nuleaf's customer service sent me my order again. They were very understanding and courteous the whole time I was trying to figure out what happened to my order.
They used to be great
They used to be great. Slow to ship, but only like a week.. until now. Here’s the timeline:
4/16- Placed order. No email received but $ came out of my bank account immediately.
4/22- Still no email confirmation so I send email inquiry.
4/25- Still no response so I follow up again. They ask me for order #. I explain I don’t have one since I never got email but give them my email address. Also, their website doesn’t work so when I log in and click on orders etc none of the buttons work. This happened since 4/16. I explain again. No response.
4/26- I follow up.
4/27- They respond: “ has been packaged but not shipped, hopefully it will be shipped withing a couple of days and you will get the tracking details also.”
5/4- Nothing ever sent. I follow up.
5/4- They respond “ I’ve escalated your concern to our fulfillment team for immediate review and action”
5/9-I follow up.
5/10- They respond “your order had been cancelled on May 4 as the item was out of stock and your amount was also refunded into your account that you might have receive in your account.“
I respond “ Why did it take 24 days to find this out? This is absolutely insane and I’m never ordering from you again.”
They respond “ We apologise for this.”
I respond “ I never received a credit to my bank. This makes no sense. I need this escalated to management immediately.”
At this point I’m at my wits end, hence my leaving this review and hoping to at least, warn others. I need CBD oil to sleep, I’ve been waiting 24 days. Unacceptable. And they keep sending out daily emails with discounts etc. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

It will be 2 weeks this Thursday 5/8/25, and my order has yet to be shipped. This is not the first or second time, and their commucation is no where to be found.

This was a great company
This was a great company, great website, excellent products and prompt shipping. Then something happened, they changed their shipping company I think. They were delayed. Last week I tried to reorder the same products and when I couldn’t, I e mailed them, someone responded back indicating that due regulatory changes some products are no longer offered in my area, fine, but they need to inform clients on their website, make an announcement, send e mails. Oh you can shop other products that are offered in your area, no indication on any product on the website where that product is available. Anyway I already found another company.
Slimy company that should be avoided
Nuleaf Naturals used to be a great company but something has happened. They treat their customers like crap and are no longer the honest company providing great products that they used to be. Although their products are good quality their customer service and business procedures are lacking and I don’t trust them anymore.
I recently was traveling and ordered some gummies to the hotel was staying at. I paid an extra $6 for a $40 product to be expedited with 1 day overnight shipping. My product did not arrived and when I contacted them their customer service was rude and really unhelpful. They advised me that the product was on its way but still a week later no tracking number not that it matters as I’ve left the hotel and am not going back.
Luckily made the purchase with my Amex so I’ve already contracted them and advised them of the situation and they will reverse the charge for me.
But really this company sucks and should be avoided. There’s tons of other companies that provide great CBD products that won’t be a challenge to deal with like these guys are.

Love this company's products
Love this company's products! I use multiple gummies, tinctures, and pet products. My husband and I previously bought from CBD FX, but we like these products much more. Customer service had gotten bad, but it seems like they fixed the problem thankfully.

Poor customer service… haven’t been able to log onto the site for over 48 hours… CS says they sent a link but they didn’t…shipping is a nightmare… have to wonder if these problems have also affected the quality of the products…was once an outstanding company but not anymore… customer for 7 years but I’m heading over to Lazarus Naturals… I’ve lost confidence in this company and can’t no longer trust them to deliver a first rate product. and because I complained to customer service about the unacceptable shipping and now because I couldn't get online my login screen says.."invalid credentials". I guess they block you when you give poor reviews/and contact customer service about their poor service.....owned by a Canadian company called High Tide since 2021....explains all the problems I guess
