This company will screw you!!!!!!

I would give this scam of a company negative stars if able. I didn’t receive my last box and they refuse to replace it. There rational is that USPS showed it as delivered. The package was insured and they won’t stand behind it. I also had trouble with a sister company. When I pointed this out they had zero surprise. I should have read all the crappy reviews before dealing with this company. The company can continue to hide in Las Vegas with the lax laws. They would be hammered into bankruptcy if they were here in Florida. Moral of the story, do not do business with this company.

Ordered there special box of the month, 50 bucks, put in my address and it changed my delivery address, messaged them a few times about it, tried telling me it says it was delivered that there’s nothing they can do, so screw this place, no more money for you

Bought a grinder and dab accessories…

Bought a grinder and dab accessories from them. The shipping was a nightmare. It's been almost a month and I'm STILL waiting for my items.
Hemper seems to be a better option as DHC doesn't seem to respect their customers' time or money

Purchased box opened to hairline crack no replacement

Purchased The Las mas box with 6 other boxes from them all others were fine. opened the box to try piece after smoking out of others to find, a hairline crack on taco bong that leaks fast unusable. Contacted support they said give them time to look into it "ignored" us for about 2 weeks(We had to contact them) and said its past 14 day basically and your on your own. I didn't ask for money back I wanted one item in box replaced We have ordered 7 boxes in 3 months. Will buy from Hemper or someone else felt disrespected. check all your boxes right when they come.

Creating a shipping label then canceling it?

According to USPS tracker They made a label for my package and then "canceled the label". I've reached out to the company directly many times trying to clarify and gotten no reply over the phone or via email and in fact Gmail says there posted customer help email address they have listed no longer exists.They still have my money so it doesn't appear that there was any issue with the payment. They've been holding on to my money since the 17th it is now the 26th so only day 9 of their 15-day processing time that they do specify I'll give them that, however it's just really weird to create a label and make me think my package is being shipped out and then just yank it and the fact that they are ghosting me is even more concerning. I may have been scammed out of $200 update as of the 30th I'm taking my money back dhc is verified to scam if u order something they don't have they just keep the money but they don't list it as sold out or take it off the site the let u pay for it and send u tracking info that they then later just cancel

It seems that your order was getting prepared for shipment when it got damaged. Unfortunately it was the last unit available so our team had to cancel the shipping label that was created and sent a notification to our support team to reach out to you.

Due to a system error, the notification was not delivered to our support team so they were unaware of the situation. After looking into this for you, they identified the error and resolved it.

I have waited over a week

I have waited over a week and my package has been stuck in Las Vegas, I tried contacting customer service for them to say that they “fixed” the problem and it should be here in a couple days. I’ll gladly give it another week but if it’s not here I’m requesting my money back and not doing business again

Zero Business ethics

They Literally take there sweet ass time Mailing. It will still with tracking for 2 weeks before they actually take it to the post office. Imagen any OTHER service were they take your money, and make you wait ona product with NO real time line.....

I ordered a puffco peak pro and the march box, it has been sitting in Vegas and I wanted to write this to see if I could get a response. Both of my packages have said the same thing sitting in Vegas for a few days now. Please get back to me to resolve this issue and help me get my package.

Waiting

My package has been sitting in Vegas and ive emailed a couple times with no response. It said if i ordered within a certain time id recieve by march 4th.. Reading the responses it should have been on its way within 3 days. I bought the big mystery box.. sure hope i didnt get ripped off!

We weren't able to locate your order or customer profile in our system to take a closer look.

Our subscription boxes ship based on the queue for each month. Though the order could be placed on the 1st of the month, it could ship on the 15th due to its placement in the queue.

For one-time purchases, orders ship within 1-3 business days except for the El Primo box of the current month which is tied to the shipping queue like subscription boxes.

The additional shipping fee does not affect processing speed, it only affects shipping speed once the carrier received your package.

If you think your order has taken longer than normal to ship out, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and they will be more than happy to look into your case and escalate it if necessary.

I had an issue with my box arriving in…

I had an issue with my box arriving in time for Christmas, customer service made sure that it arrived on the 24th as it was a gift! It is missing an item but I have total faith that they’ll rectify it. I owe them an apology as well for my impatience as they rectified the shipping arrival issue in time.

I hight recommend the company!

I would give it zero stars but I can't I tried to order the december box but they never shipped it. It's been over a week now. On the website it says it will ship a few days after I had to email them to get any kind of tracking information and it says package hasn't even been sent to the shipping facility yet, at this point I don't even want the box anymore just a refund but when I try to email them about it they don't answer, don't buy from this company it's most likely a scam. This is coming from someone who never writes any reviews.

We're sorry for the delay you're experiencing. You placed the order on December 19th, we had you package shipped out December 27th. Unfortunately we were unable to have the order sent out before Christmas.

Though the package was picked up by USPS on the 27th from our warehouse in NV, they did not scan it in their system until the 31st during transit in NJ. USPS have not added an estimate to the package delivery due to the high volume of packages being transported during this holiday season, but we believe your package should get delivered before the weekend.

You reached out to us on the 27th and our support team responded within 2 hours. On the 29th you requested refund and our team responded an hour later saying that since the package has been shipped, we can only process a refund after you refuse the delivery.

Are you not receiving our support emails? Please be sure to check your junk and promotions tab to avoid missing any of our correspondence.

Our boxes are subject to availability since we manufacture as much as we can to meet demand. Your box unfortunately didn't have a couple items and we had to replace them with other products.

We know how frustrating that is, but restocking these items depends on manufacturing times.

Yea I came to see if this was a scam most likely it is the usps tracking said my package was here on the 18 of this month here it is the 21st and I haven’t received anything I believe they only make sure there YouTube channel people get there’s and can careless about anyone else so it seems hopefully this isn’t true .
