I tried more than 4 meal prep companies in the past and this is just another level!! Received my meals today and it’s absolutely 10/10 quality, packaging and service!

Firstly what l would say is the food is superb best I’ve had from any prep meal provider. That’s the good bit service and customer service is absolute crap! So the first half of my first order should have been here on Wednesday but was cancelled on the Thursday by dpd l was then told that you don’t get a refund but the order of 6 that failed would be delivered on top of the next order of 6 today which will be wasted as I’m not going to eat 12 meals in 3 days! Anyway it’s now Saturday day of delivery and received no delivery notification or anything at all from dpd and awaiting a reply again from Nutrigenic we will see what the outcome is and if l get any deliveries mad thing is they were rapid to take full payment of the second order and I’ve no even had my first order yet 😂😂

I’ve tried loads of different meal prep delivery services and always been really unimpressed with the quality of food and lack of taste.
Until now, I can honestly say that Nutrigenic have got it spot on, the food is delivered fresh twice weekly in a high quality branded box and all meals in sturdy branded containers. No messy food leaks, the food is so tasty and I actually look forward to my meals. What a new year bonus to get eating healthy and still enjoy my food without the need to stand cooking every day/week (which I hate).

I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to for this one. I’ve tried a few different meal prep companies, and Nutri Genic is by far the best. The food is absolutely amazing — super fresh, full of flavour, and never boring. The packaging is 10/10 and the portions are perfect, really well-balanced

Unreal meal prep. Tried loads of other options and non of them compare to Nutrigenic. Good size meals, taste good and arrive on time.

Fantastic meals. I've had quite a few meal prep meals from different companies and this is by far the best. You get loads of protein in each meal, whether it's salmon, chicken etc which was a nice surprise compared to other meals deliveries, all fresh and well packaged. Can't find any fault so definitely recommend.

Great company, the consumer experience is brilliant, and the meals all taste so good, eating these meals feels like a treat rather than a chore! And the boxes can definitely be reused for future meal prep which is more than ideal.

The best meal prep company I’ve ever tried!! Honestly could not be happier with Nutrigenic- every week the meals are spot on, so delicious, macros are fantastic for keeping me and my partner fuelled for our active lifestyle. They’re consistently great quality and always arrive in great condition- packaging is 10/10. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!!

Food is so good, no stodgy rice and minimal veg like other prep companies. And packaging is amazing nothing was smashed on delivery.

I ordered from NutriGenic and cancelled within a few hours after realising their website quietly locks you into a 4-week plan. There’s no clear notice of this commitment during checkout, and cancellation isn’t possible online.

I contacted them immediately to cancel, well before any food was prepared or dispatched, but they refused and hid behind “terms and conditions” that don’t actually override UK consumer law. Their tone throughout was dismissive and unprofessional, even warning me about posting reviews instead of resolving the issue properly.

No transparency. No accountability. Just a poor customer experience from start to finish.

I’ve since contacted my bank to recover the payment through a chargeback. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that’s upfront about its terms and knows how to treat customers respectfully.

Fantastic meals! I’ve tried loads of meal prep companies and couldn’t vibe with them until this one. Food is genuinely amazing and actually good for you! My training has gone to another level thanks to this!

I have had many meal prep company’s in my time, but this stands out the most and works so well with my training and nutrition. Top company!
