I have been experincing neck pain due to computer work etc.
Someone suggested Nuzzle.
WONDERFUL.. with two days the pain was abating.
The team is capable, pleasant to deal with and the pillow arrived exceeding expectations.

I was excited about this pillow due to the advertising. I am a side sleeper and my neck hurts with bad pillows. Unfortunately this one hurt my neck terribly. I tried taking out one insert and that angled my neck too much the other way. I bought 2, and my boyfriend woke up with bad neck pain as well (back sleeper). I called to return them and was told I had to pay for shipping. Since they come condensed into a tiny package I purchase vacuum bags to try and shrink them to send back - but they didn’t get as small and the cost was still high to ship. They offered me a refund of approximately $25 a pillow - which I had to take as there’s no other choice. No one takes used pillow donations so these had to be thrown away. It’s too bad Nuzzle does not stand by its advertising claims - I gave them $ for nothing. If you must try I suggest ordering on Amazon - I didn’t check there- had I done that I would have had a full refund.

I ordered this pillow 12April. It took them 20 days(nearly 3 weeks to get pillow. I got it by intercepting pillow at post office which was about to be sent back for insufficient address. This company says they ship FEDEx or UPS. This is a lie. My pillow was sent usps. Even after I verified correct shipping method
Via phone and email. Nightmare. Constant conflicting and false information given by customer service in locating whereabouts of pillow. Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BUY!!! This behavior with this company is ongoing. Multiple complaints are the same as mine.

I received two pillows. I chose only to open one on the day they arrived to make sure we liked them. The pillow is a bright white, very soft feeling material, nice looking. I followed the instructions and placed the sections in the dryer, on low heat, for a few minutes. All the pieces expanded a little, and were soft and fluffy. One section being firmer, and a little thicker than the other. There was no smell other than my softener sheet that I always use. Unfortunately when I inserted the two pieces/inserts and I went to zip it up the zipper did not work. I was disappointed but decided to make the best of a bad situation until I could get a hold of Nuzzle and see how they could help. I put the two inserts inside of one of my own pillowcases, to see how comfortable the pillow was. The pillow was comfortable and I woke up with no neck issues. I have since put the other pillow together and it is wonderful. A noticeable improvement when in its own cover and not just my pillowcase. There was NO issues when I reported the problem. The Nuzzle personnel was polite, ready to help, apologetic and is sending me out a replacement. No hassle. I have only slept on the pillow two nights, however at this point I would say give this pillow a try. So far so good!

I have been trying for a week to return this pillow! I sent at least 5 emails to their support division and get a response saying they will get back to me in 1-2 HOURS, well it has been 7 DAYS and still no guidance on returning.
It’s great if you love the pillow but horrible to return!

Don't worry about delivery time & such, it's well worth any delays. These are the absolute best pillows I've ever slept on. Never slept on my back in years without waking with back & neck pain until Nuzzle. I wake up now sleeping on my back instead of my side, like I normally would. Best purchase I've made in a very long time. Thank you Nuzzle.

We have tried many pillows over the years. Some were comfortable for a while, and then flattened out. Some were able to be washed, but were difficult to handle.
I decided to try these, and they came very quickly. We put them in the dryer as suggested, to fluff them up, and tried them the first night. They were very comfortable, I slept well and my husband didn't snore all night.
On top of that, I was thrilled to see that the pillows have a washable cover on them, so you don't need to struggle trying to get the whole pillow in the washer.
Ours are new yet, so I haven't had to wash the covers yet, but they are comfortable, and we are very satisified with them.
