Good safe products.. good value and quick delivery..

I was so impressed with the help I received from NVee on my first purchase where I’d ordered incorrect coils for next day delivery and when I called to explain this the lady I spoke to very quickly contacted the warehouse and I was amazed when the correct coils arrived the next day! On this occasion the mouth piece for my vape had cracked and I didn’t know I could buy them elsewhere so rikki very kindly posted me one out. Absolutely love the service so far

Excellent service from NVee. I've used them for a while now and have been impressed with the speedy delivery. My recent parcel was lost in the Christmas post and they kindly sent out another.

I purchased the nvee pro 2 and it didn’t work properly and then I sent it to them and they fixed it then two days later it broke I had to push down on the top for it to work,waste off 31.99 wouldn’t advise any to purchase.very unsatisfied the customer service was good the product is terrible

Good delivery, good product, according to my son for whom I bought them. He didn’t like the free sample of Passion fruit flavour though, too sweet and sickly.

I purchased the vape kit in December and every time I put my oil in it leaks even tried putting a small amount in and it still does it

The product came quick and it’s the same price as in the shops

Owing to delay in delivery, of order by Royal Mail, I complained to Nvee, who sent a new order by courier which arrived the next day, The first order arrived the same day, so I now had two.
When I offered to pay for the extra consignment Nvee wouldn't let me and just thanked me for my custom.
Not a bad result in today's conditions. Well done Nvee.

I needed a coil for my favourite ecig nvee pro. Unfortunately at the newsagent where I was used to buy them, they told me that wasn't available anymore. So for the first time I bought one online from the site of the manufacturer. The site was very easy to use. I have found my model straight away and pay it using my PayPal account. In 3 days I received the item paying exactly its cost whit no extra charge for postage. Very satisfied. Will do it again next time. Thanks
