I ordered Black Contour Seamless Leggings in size Medium. When they arrived, they were grey, not black, there was no contouring, and the size medium was so tight I could hardly get into it. I kept them for awhile, trying to think of someone for whom they would be a good gift, but I don't know of anyone that small. (I normally wear a size small or medium.) When I attempted to return them, I found that it was not possible because there had been a deadline of March 31, which had not been disclosed at the original purchase. What a terrible waste of money!

Don't believe the paid influencers. Leggings at £45 each are such bad quality, there's soooo much excess fabric in the crotch area... I wish I had looked at the reviews on here first before buying 4 pairs.. Hoping the customer service + return is not as bad as reviews are saying on here. BTW you have to pay for your own return...

Die Artikel sehen gut aus, aber ich musste dieses Mal zwei kleine Tops zurücksenden, da sie sehr viel zu klein ausfallen. Die Größenangaben stimmen zumindest bei den Tops überhaupt nicht - bei den Leggins stimmen sie jedoch.
Was aber eine absolute Unverschämtheit ist, ist die Angabe des Unternehmens, es würde internationale Rücksendungen anbieten. Das funktioniert zwar über das Rücksendeportal, es werden einem aber sofort 33 Euro für die Rücksendung vom Rückerstattungsbetrag abgezogen!!! Das steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem Wert der Artikel und somit kann ich nur davon abraten, aus Europa dort zu bestellen!! Dieses Rücknahmeprozedere ist nicht klar auf der Website beschrieben, aber der Kundenservice blockte ab. Unverschämte Rücknahmebedingungen für internationale Kunden!

Don’t believe paid influencers…

I ordered a pair of shorts in early February. I submitted and sent them back to exchange sizes. They sent an email cancelling the order, then reinstating the order, then refunding the order (they didn’t), and then an email saying they were sending the order again on March 8th…it’s March 27th. Still no shorts or refund. Customer service is a joke.

My experience with NVGTN's Contour 2.0 Seamless Leggings was nothing short of disappointing. The material deteriorated after just three washes. When I reached out to customer service, they dismissed it as wear and tear after 90 days and offered only a 10% discount on my next order. As if three washes constitutes normal wear and tear for a supposedly high-quality pair of leggings! Their lack of accountability and poor quality make these leggings the worst I've ever had. Frankly, I am appalled by NVGTN's disregard for their customers and their blatant refusal to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product. Had I known about their absurd 90-day policy and read the plethora of bad reviews warning against it, I would have never wasted my money on these leggings in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and avoid NVGTN altogether.

I bought the Pro Seamless Shorts and they are the right fit around the waist and legs, except the crotch area… unfortunately there is a lot of excess fabric in that area which causes a wrinkled/bunched up affect and the reason I bought the seamless style is to not draw attention to that area (>_>) It’s a shame because they look so nice online. Also the length is longer than the model photo on their website. I’ll definitely be returning and getting my money back.

NVGTN has been great to work with. For context, I'm based in the US and their return process is very fair. I received some leggings that were see-through, and the customer service team responded promptly to provide some tips to how to better fit them. I still wasn't satisfied with the transparency, so they provided a shipping label. I just had to send back the tags and leggings. Although I didn't have the original bags, they still allowed me to send in for a new size. Thanks for your helpfulness!

Update: However, the two new pair of leggings that arrived were also see-through. Overall, I can't reccomend.

Got 2 pairs of leggings and a pair of shorts for Xmas. Haven’t worn the shorts yet (winter), but each legging 2, max 3 times. Both leggings have started pilling in the same area, high up on the hip. I have a LOT of leggings from different brands, none of them have pilling despite having worn them and laundering them quite a lot. My partner, who got them for me wrote to CS, their response was that it was clearly no manufacturing error so all they can do is offer a 10% discount on our next order. Why would I order again when your merchandise is subpar I wonder? Worst of all, for all the hype the leggings aren’t even that good. They’re ok but definitely not in the same league as Gymshark, Women's Best or Fabletics, which by the way are also cheaper. So no, won’t be a repeat customer given the bad customer service experience and quality. Don’t get the hype - if you do want to try them out please don’t buy multiple in case the same thing happens

Cotton deteriorated after 3 washes . Not great quality, won’t recommend . Customer service offered 10% off for the next purchase - does not make sense . Hope management knows what’s really going on . Not worth the price you are paying for

I placed an order on December 14th, the order was worth $141 and $171 was taken from my account. I never received my products and was told since the items were now out of stock and they would refund me a percentage of the total price. After a lot of back and forth they say they are refunding me 65% of $141 which is not what they took from my account.
I have no faith that I will receive any refund. This website is a complete scam and I only wish I had've seen reviews before purchasing.

I bought 2 pairs of gym shorts and within 2 weeks I reached out to the company because I noticed one pair had a hole and I hadn't even worn them yet. They said it's not covered under warranty even though their website states otherwise. I am appalled at their customer service and they can't adequately explain why it's not covered. I haven't even worn them yet and they know this and they class it as "wear and tear" and refuse to send a replacement.

Blev debiterad för mycket och fick dessutom betala tull. Efter tre månaders väntan på träningskläder kommer en röd filt.. Företaget vägrar betala tillbaka pengarna men vill att jag skickar tillbaka filten. Beställ inte från denna sida!!

if you're kinda plus size and have troubles always finding clothes and always have to return, do not buy here! you have to pay return cost by yourself. I bought bra and leggins for 87 euros and return cost are 50 euros for me.... for bad quality clothes and incorrect measurements.

Ich habe drei Leggins bestellt. Alle waren zu klein und durchsichtig. Außerdem hat man in den Hosen ein Cameltoe. Wollte die Hosen dann zurückschicken. Man muss aber den Versand selber bezahlen (der ins Ausland sehr teuer ist). Zusätzlich kriegt man nichtmal den gesamten Kaufpreis erstattet sondern deutlich weniger. Man bezahlt also 50€ an den Drecksverein für nichts. Hab mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Es kamen nur sinnlose Tips zurück um mir die leggins aufzuquatschen. Sie haben mir in einer E-Mail geschrieben wie genau ich die Hosen denn richtig anziehen müsste😂 in der Zeile darunter kam der Hinweis, dass sie Klamotten die getragen wurden nicht zurück nehmen können. Das ist glaube ich an Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten. Also ich empfehle allen dort nicht zu bestellen, jede leggins von Amazon für 15€ ist besser als die Klamotten und der Service von NVGTN.

At first I really loved the scrunch leggings, I even bought 3 pairs and bought my sister a pair for her birthday. My sisters ripped at the crotch only after a couple of wears, and NVGTN refused to provide a refund as it was ‘wear and tear’. All 3 of my scrunch leggings have now ripped in the exact same place. Unless you want a really embarrassing gym experience, avoid buying these at all costs! The quality is awful.

Stay away! I like the previous review was not able to give this company a big fat zero. I placed an order on the 29th December it still says pending. Money was taken £77 from my account as soon as order was made. Just started claim through PayPal to get my money back hopefully! Stay away!
