Customer service is r******d. They should take their cheap ass clothing and wrap it around their necks. My girl has gotten things here over the last 3 years but has recently had issues on the most recent order. They are zero help

Do not buy from this company, they have 0 interest in taking care of their customers, their sizes are inconsistent and now sh*** quality. When you talk to customer service , all they care about is money. They will NOT offer a refund. You can only do a store credit!

This company should be reported to the BBB.

I have purchased WAY more NVGTN that I should have. This company used to be decent, now they dismiss you telling them you bought TWO of the same style and one fits like a small/xs instead of the medium you ordered, while the other pair fits perfectly AS A MEDIUM SHOULD.

You’ll be told one thing, and then another. You never get a prompt response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pretty clear from the reviews and dates that their quality and customer care is non existent !

NVGTN latest leggings are a joke of a quality and customer service refuses to take responsibility of bad design and poor quality of products. Leggings I received broke after not even and month and when I reordered them convinced by company it was my fault of using them badly, they broke again after 3 weeks. They broke in a see through knitting, so weak that you cannot wear them if you want them to survive longer than a month.

Don’t normally leave a review but what a rip off company this is .

Reading the reviews unfortunately I have experience the same .

My pink bubblegum seamless shorts were extremely small and looked nothing like the pictures.

Their response was ‘ you tried pulling them up '

Have to pay £40 to sent them back and spend £10 to have them delivered

Absolutely no care that I am a customer from the UK and not accountable for their rubbish and poor made items

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. The seamless shorts I ordered were so unbelievably see through as in you can see nude underwear through them) despite my specs being almost the identical as the model Specs posted on their sales page.
I sized up just in case. The response from the company has been incredibly disappointing. It is very clear they are not interested in their customers. I was told to try pulling the shorts up at the legs, did not work, so they said ‘size up’. To know what size, I sent them my specs compared to the model specs they have posted and asked for a suggestion on what size. Their response was “ We can’t make suggestions”. Even though they kept saying ‘sizing up usually solves the problem’. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever when I’ve already sized up from the model sizing on their sales page despite almost identical specs. I had followed all of their instructions about hiking the pants up more at the leg to give it more fabric around the waist. Made absolutely no difference and as well in order for them to be high waisted, they have to be pulled high, essentially stretching the pants further. Theres such a small amount of fabric between the top of the pants and the crotch that they don’t stay that way when moving. So technically more like low waisted If you are in Canada, definitely don’t buy them as if you want to get a refund you will lose a fair bit on return as they will deduct shipping costs. And honestly, the way they’ve handled this, I wouldn’t trust them to handle the refund honestly either. By the end of the emailing back-and-forth with them it is very clear they are not interested in the customer experience whatsoever nor do they seem interested in selling a quality product or being honest on their sales page. That’s the part the bugs me the most, is the misleading sales page, and the responses that rather contradict their sales page.
How in good conscience try and sell them myself. So what a waste of $66CAD for the teeny tiny bit of fabric.

I don’t typically bother to take the time to write reviews .. so if I’m here it speaks volumes, and wow do I ever wish I read the reviews below before ordering from this scam clothing line.

I ordered White Thrive Seamless Bra, Taupe Limitless Ribbed Seamless Halter Bra, Black Speckled Pro Seamless Shorts, and Grey Scrunch Seamless Shorts. My order was a total of $227 (CAD).

Firstly, the Black Speckled Pro Seamless shorts are completely see-through when squatting. This was my first pi** off. Then, before I even washed them they started pilling significantly. After ONE wash the entire left side was covered completely. I emailed customer service about it and this was their response:

We totally understand how disappointing it can be to experience issues like this. Rest assured that It's never our intention for our products to develop holes or pilling.

While our warranty specifically covers manufacturer defects, please understand that the softness of the material, just like any softer material, can make it susceptible to snagging or rubbing against tough surfaces, leading to damage like the holes or pilling you've encountered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send a replacement or provide compensation for this particular problem as it falls outside the scope of our warranty coverage.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 10% discount code that you can use on your next purchase”.

10% off an order that was $227 felt like a total spit in my face.
Now, that was JUST the one pair of shorts.. after one wash of the bras and the Grey Scrunch Seamless Shorts all the clothing items began pilling. Personally, unless the clothing item was completely cheap, I have never had clothing begin to pill this easily, or before the first wash.

For myself, I actually love the fit of the shorts because I have wide hips and a small waist line. The clothing fits me perfect and is great for my crotch area (doesn’t give me camel toe when I pull them up). But due to the quality of the fabric I will never purchase from here again.

I felt as though this order was a total rip off.. just another money grab, and I’ve lost respect for Jordan.

I ordered two pairs of shorts in the same style and size, one fits but the other is much smaller. NVGTN’s response is that I have to pay for a return if I want a refund, as they don’t see any issue with sizing being inconsistent - it’s essentially pot luck as to whether you’ll get an item that fits, regardless of whether you order the right size. I’m now out of pocket because of their poor quality control. Their customer service is terrible, it comes across as sarcastic and inconsiderate. I won’t be placing any further orders with a company that doesn’t understand the concept of fairness. Looking at the other reviews on here, and their overall rating, it’s clear they don’t actually care!

Die Produkte sind total overhyped. Sehen zwar wirklich toll aus, aber das war es auch schon. Die Leggings (Seamless Scrunch 2.0), die ich Ende Februar bestellt hatte, hat jetzt schon ein kleines Loch bekommen. Ich habe sie nur wenige Male getragen und da sie immerhin 50 Euro gekostet hat, reklamiert. Der Kundenservice hat zwar schnell geantwortet, aber kann mir leider weder Ersatz noch Erstattung anbieten. Ist ja praktisch meine Schuld, wenn sie kaputt geht. Was ich jedoch erhalten habe: Einen 10% Rabatt Gutschein für meine nächste Bestellung. Glaubt ihr wirklich, ich bestelle noch einmal?!? Die schlechte Qualität könnt ihr gerne behalten. Lieber greife ich zu anderen Marken mit kulanterem Kundenservice.

Använde byxorna en gång och tvättade som man skulle, vart noppriga längst hela sidorna, skrev och klagade o som svar fick jag att de kunde vara så, och 10% rabatt kod för att göra mig nöjd, shortsen kostar ju över 300 kronor så att få typ 30 kronor rabatt hjälper ej! Dessutom är de inte vanliga noppror som kan bli efter flera gångers användning som man kan ta bort utan de är trådar från byxorna, så dåligt!! Köp inte byxor hör ifrån om du vill ha hela byxor mer en en användning

I'm based in the UK and it cost me £42 to return a £70 order.

I ordered over a month ago and have still not received my order. I have been in contact several times and each time they give me a different excuse.

God kvalitet og størrelserne er true to size. Varen ankom i løbet af 5 dage, så hurtig levering. Er meget tilfreds og vil varmt anbefale andre at handle hos dem

1 short sur 4 qui va bien. les 3 autres sont rose et on voit tout a travers, jusqu'à vraiment comprendre mes tattoos.. la qualité des 2 avec la plissure push-up aux fesses a l'air bien, on verra si ça ne craque pas avec les squats. les 2 autres la matière est beaucoup plus fine alors vraiment encore plus transparent que l'autre rose push up.
Je veux essayé de les renvoyer mais impossible d'aller sur la page, car mon numéro de commande est introuvable

I was so excited to order from nvgtn. Bad idea, I have 2 leggings, bought in March and today they ripped on butt and on the side of my leg. Not everyday use! I wear them max 1-2 a week. They are comfy but that is all. Terrible quality for that price. Not ordering again!

Terrible customer service. No shipment for several weeks and glib responses when asking why order was not shipped. Will never order from them again...Stay away.

Beyond corrupted customers services! They’ve send me the wrong order and didn’t want me to do a return. I’ve involved my bank to dispute this terrible company that steals money from the customers! Will be posting about this NVGTN else where so others are aware of this corrupted thefts company!

Jeg bestilte en stor ordre d. 9 marts og har stadig ikke modtaget mine ting. Har været i kontakt med dem flere gange og spurgt hvor min ordre blev af og at mit trackingnr ikke opdaterede.
De bliver ved med at sige det er på vej og jeg skal være tolmodig. Men 2 mdr - arghhh det kan det ikke tage!
Super dårlig stil at snyde folk på den måde!

Urettferdig!! Måtte betale 418kr for å returnere pakke tilbake!!! Den veide bare 500gr!!! Dårlig kvalitet og helt elendig regler for retur!!!
