The experience with NVGTN customer…

The experience with NVGTN customer service was extremely disappointing. I did not receive adequate support with my inquiries and the quality of the sportswear left a lot to be desired. The products appeared inferior and did not deliver what was promised. Overall, my experience with NVGTN was very disappointing and unfortunately I cannot recommend the brand.

contour 2.0 disaster

Wow I feel validated reading other people had the same experience with the new scrunch 2.0 contour leggings!! Mine ALSO ripped on the outer cheek when I tried them on. Not sure if they were damaged and I didn’t notice til I got them on or if a nail snagged it pulling them on?! No gym legging should be THAT delicate. They also fit WAY smaller than the OG contour leggings. I can wear a small in those and the new ones that ripped were mediums! Idk if it’s the addition of polyester or just that there is not enough material but they fit all around smaller even length wise at my ankles. I ordered the mandarin color and they’re pretty see through. I was given store credit and kept the leggings with the run in the butt- alterations for $8 to fix the run. Maybe ill wear them when I feel better about my body in those. Cellulite is pretty obvious in them.

Purchased a sports bra. Absolutely terrible quality for the price. I have purchased better quality at Kmart for a fraction of the price. The material was poor quality and it is extremely uncomfortable, like something you would receive from wish.com.

I’m so happy with my new Contour…

I’m so happy with my new Contour leggings. They are really well made the size Xs fits really well if you wear a UK Size 4/6.
Fast delivery, it took less than 5 days to receive my order in Uk. I also contacted the customer service for tracking information and they replied the day after.
Last but not least there wasn’t an hidden charge related to tax and customs to pay in addition.
Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible customer service and communication

I really wish that I read reviews here before purchasing, as it seems that my experience isn't unique.

After placing my order, there was a prolonged period of no communication or updates. Since I didn't see any indication of a prolonged shipping timeline on the website or my confirmation email, I went digging in their Help Center before sending them an email. It was only there that, for the first time, I saw messaging that orders can take 1-2 weeks to ship or 3-4 weeks during launch periods.

I emailed them for some further clarification as this was the first time I was hearing about this — it was not mentioned on the product page, in the cart, during the checkout process, or in my order confirmation email. To their credit, they did respond within one business day to my initial email and very quickly to each subsequent email.

It was clear that they didn't fully read my email and sent me back a template response that outlined how busy they were and that they were opening more warehouses to address that — not information that I asked for or that helped the situation.

I informed them again how I was disappointed because my expectations were not managed prior to purchasing and I was not informed of the delayed shipping timeline at any point during my shopping journey. Again, my feedback was ignored and brushed off.

I finally received my scrunch shorts, tried them on, and ran errands during the day with no issue. However, the first time I wore them to the gym (5 days after receiving them), the scrunch completely ripped. It didn't pop, it ripped.

I reached out to customer service for a replacement, as I actually really did like how the shorts felt and fit, and they issued a product price refund but not a shipping charge refund.

They also ended the email with "As a reminder, our Scrunch collection requires careful adjustment when putting the item on. We always recommend pulling the material up from the legs first and then placing it around the glutes before pulling the scrunch up." I'm not new to scrunch leggings and know how to put them on, but was very annoyed that their default response was that the issue is the customer's fault without gathering any further information.

When I pushed back as to why the shipping wasn't refunded, I was told that "the shipping charges are paid directly to the shipping courier, and they did what they were paid to do. To clarify, this type of damage is typically caused by the material being stretched too thin, and the scrunch piece in the back ripping as a result." Again, refusing to take any responsibility for how their product performs in active settings. So now, I am out a pair of shorts and $13+ tax CAD in shipping charges.

As I work in DTC e-comm, I'm pretty sympathetic when shipping or other issues come up when I'm shopping online. However, this is a whole other level of bad and, frankly, dismissive and condescending customer service.

CHEAP

I ordered a pair of your jade Coutour 2.0 shorts last week. They came quickly, and I was excited to wash and try them on. After washing on a delicate cycle and hang drying, I pulled them up, and the ENTIRE seam ripped. I didn't even get past my hips when the seam tore. I am so disappointed and sad that I couldn't even wear them once. I love the idea of the product, especially the colors but stick to brands like alphalete for similar concepts and better quality.

Sidste gang jeg handler der

Jeg bestilte d. 3/7 træningsbukser fra Nvgtn Danmark. Da siden hedder Nvgtn Danmark og alt står på dansk, inkl. Priser, tænker jeg at varen sendes fra Danmark.
Umiddelbart efter jeg har bestilt, modtager jeg en bekræftelse, kort efter trækkes penge. Beløbet er nu 50 DKR dyrere, da det nu er omregnet fra USD.
Derefter sker der intet. Jeg hører intet og modtager intet. Kontakter kundeservice to gange, men får intet svar.
I dag (dvs en måned og to dage efter) for jeg besked om at varen er stoppet i tolden, hvilket betyder at den måske slet ikke kommer frem, måske bliver endnu dyrere... Og i udgangspunktet var bukserne ikke billigere end dansk købte træningsbukser... Alt i alt virker det som scam og det er ihvertfald sidste gang jeg køber derfra.

Extremely disappointed

I used to love the brand and the products I think are great, but the customer service has been truly awful after the last launch. I ordered on the 1st of July, it’s now the 31st of July, so for a full month there’s been no update and nothing has even been dispatched. I’ve tried to enquire through the website and their Instagram and I’ve been ignored on both. The lack of communication is shocking and it has completely put me off ordering ever again in the future. Alphalete, Gymshark and Dfyne are much better options, communicate well, products are just as great, if not better and receive deliveries in a reasonable time.

Really bad custmer service

Really bad custmer service. They sent a pair of shorts with a hole, when asking for a pair without damage they sent me a 10% off code and said the hole is my fault for not putting the shorts on properly. I'll quote what they wrote me: "This type of damage is typically caused by the material being stretched too thin, and the item rips in the back as a result. This can happen even when the item is tried on. That is why we recommend adjusting the item, to provide more material in the back and prevent rips like this from occurring. This damage is not considered a defect."what?! So the product can't hold up to be simply being put on. That's how poor quality it is. Avoid this brand!

I ordered within a few minutes of the launch 1st July and 3 and a half weeks later, my order has still not shipped, no updates and no one will reply to me- I stupidly spent £450 on the launch and now they have taken my money and not sent any items!!! I’m from the Uk and so if the leggings and shorts are as bad as these reviews say then it will cost me a lot of money to post them back to the US anyway, and that’s if I ever even receive them!! I have massive regrets ordering from them

Auf keinen Fall auf der Seite nvgtndeutschland.de bestellen. Fake. Per Kreditkarte bezahlt, keine Bestell- und Versandbestätigung. Leider zu spät gesehen das dass Impressum welches auf der Seite angegeben ist, von ABOUT YOU geklaut bzw. Übernommen wurde inkl. about you Unternehmensnamen. Selbst der Bereich „über uns“ wurde komplett abgeschrieben.
Die SocialMedia Logos sind auch nicht echt. Es erscheinen keine Seiten und Verlinkungen auf nvgtn

le 13 juillet j'ai acheté un short pour 32€ + 10 e de frais de livraison m'indiquant la livraison sous 2 à 4 jours ouvrables. Cela fait désormais 12 jours et je n'ai rien reçu. Aucun mail de confirmation d'envoi et de réception de commande. Publicité mensongère.
Je me suis adressée 2x au service client lesquels m'ont répondu que à 2 reprises que ma demande est en file d'attente.
JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

Horrible Quality

Purchased the scrunch butt leggings. The elastic in the butt gave on the third wear. I’m lucky my whole butt wasn’t exposed at the gym. Super expensive for 3 wears. Stick with Gymshark.

Horrible products/customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service and products. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and 2 sports bras. So far, the sports bras are fine.

The leggings however, are not.

The first pair of leggings - I wore them one time, everything was good. Second time, everything was good. Third time, the butt scrunch elastic gave way, leaving the leggings unwearable.

The second pair of leggings - I didn’t even get to wear. I went to put them on and a hole ripped in the side of them IMMEDIATELY. I contacted customer service to see if they could send me a new pair for exchange and they responded with the following:

“We totally understand how disappointing it can be to experience issues like this. Rest assured that It's never our intention for our products to develop holes or rips.

While our warranty specifically covers manufacturer defects, please understand that the softness of the material, just like any softer material, can make it susceptible to snagging or rubbing against tough surfaces, leading to damage like the holes or rips you've encountered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send a replacement or provide compensation for this particular problem as it falls outside the scope of our warranty coverage.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 10% discount code that you can use on your next purchase.

When you’re ready to order, you can click the following link and it should automatically add the store credit to your browser window and show up during checkout!“

So, I have two pairs of unusable leggings that I spent a total of $150 on. Together, they got 3 uses. $50/use I guess!

So, if you have issues with their product - rest assured! They’ll give you a gesture of goodwill which is apparently 10% off your next order.

Horrible company, customer service, and products.

I purchased the new release of contour…

I purchased the new release of contour 2.0 jade green shorts. Amongst others.. VERY disappointed. The material is already pilling. I email them to show them and they said there’s nothing they can do. Expensive shorts for them just to pill. Even lulu lemon will honour their material and replace them. Customer service was terrible.

J’ai passé une commande de 80€ il y a…

J’ai passé une commande de 80€ il y a mtn un mois, j’ai mis 3 semaines à la recevoir pour finalement recevoir une paire de lunette à la place de la commande de legging! J’ai donc contacté le service client pour me plaindre et que j’aimerai retourner l’article reçu par erreur pour avoir un remboursement, la seule chose qui m’ont proposé est un remboursement de 45€ sur une commande de 80€!
Service client désastreux, et arnaque je ne commanderai plus sur ce site et je ne le recommanderai pas, ce sont des voleurs.

Lost leggings

I placed an order on July 1st and there’s still no update on the tracking. I have emailed them 3 separate times looking for an update on where my order is but no response. This was my first time ordering and will be my last. Companies need to stop blaming high volumes of orders and fulfill the orders or don’t take the order at all.
