Horrible company. Be aware of scam…. I don’t even know if it’s a company or somebody just stealing money. I order my first order on July 1 and ask for updates on the shipping I was rudely told how dear I can ask them if they have a new lounge and they are so busy, they were going on and on how hard it is to process all the orders.
My first order was around $600.
I answer to them questioning his policy of processing orders and timeframe. They told me that they value all the customers and I ask them to prioritize my order which as I never said, instead, they go ahead and cancel my order, which is a blessing to me because I’m reading all of those customers review, which is absolutely a scam
Please go to Lululemon and get the great quality for the same money or Amazon China companies offer the same type of leggings, identical to what they offering for the third of price and better quality. Amazon prime will ship it to you for free in 24 hours if you wish
I don’t know who wrote those two positive reviews I am sure they are fake. Be aware all those reviews after that are absolutely true.

Après plus d’un mois d’attente, je reçois enfin mon colis et je tombe sur une pauvre casquette Nike, alors que j’avais débourser plus de 70 € pour deux short et une brassière ! Je suis soûlé

I have been shopping from NVGTN ever since the second launch. I love their Seamless leggings so much i own over 30 pairs of leggings and shorts from them. One time i received one pair in wrong size. I contact them right away, and they replied immediately, and correct size item was shipped right away i was so pleased with such a great customer service. I wash my NVGTN items in laundry net and delicate setting on washer. All of my leggings and shorts are still in fantastic condition after years.
NVGTN are much more affortable than lululemon and alphalete. It is definitely my most favorite active wear brand out there.

Bestellung nie angekommen

Ich habe am 10. Mai 2023 Leggins im Shop bestellt, diese sind nie angekommen. Inzwischen ist der 07.06.23. Auf meine mehrmaligen Nachfragen per Mail wurde nie geantwortet. Würde definitiv nicht nochmal dort bestellen und muss mich jetzt darum kümmern mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, was schwierig wird, wenn es keinen Kundenservice gibt.

Stay away from the scrunch leggings as they tear each time you wear them and get holes in them. They don’t withstand any pressure. You bend over just slightly and they tear. You can’t get away with normal movements let alone work out in them. I bought three pairs of scrunch items and they all tore and got holes. I loved the way they looked on me so I kept on stitching them but they continued to tear so I have given up! I had to walk around with a hole in my bum at the gym which was super embarrassing! I was given a refund for these items which I appreciated but was told I should be putting them on a certain way which I was as I am used to Freddy jeans and am very careful when putting on leggings.
Also their invincible bra straps starts to tear and become loose after a few washes. So I can’t wear mine anymore. I wish I could upload a photo on here as it’s absolutely not acceptable for this to happen after a few washes. I sent now two emails regarding this faulty item and I have not received a response. Very disappointed. I feel like I am being ignored because I complained about the scrunch leggings and they refunded those and now my second complaint feels like it is being dismissed.
Their products are definitely not high quality and they should not be selling them to people when they are clearly having these issues all the time based on other reviews on here. I beat myself up every time for not checking trustpilot reviews before buying from a new brand.

Assez déçue de la marque... J'ai une dizaines de leggings chez eux que j'aime beaucoup (meilleur que Gymshark selon moi) car ils sont gainants mais sans avoir cet aspect de "trop serré"au ventre ou aux jambes! Je trouve qu'ils sont supers et mettent le mieux en avant mon corps et beaucoup moins de personnes portent cette marque!

par contre..
..Il faudra m'expliquer pourquoi en 3 minutes les produits sont en rupture... et le pire.....c'est que même après la commande passée on est pas sur d'avoir les produits!

- 20 mai : commande pour 143€

- 21 mai : retour de la marque m'annonçant que les 3/4 de mes produits ne sont plus disponibles (Comment c'est possible si lors de la commande ils l'étaient??)

- 23 mai: réception d'un remboursement de 87€ (très déçu car j'essaye depuis 1 an d'avoir les brassières de la marque mais en vain..)
Il me reste donc 2 crop tops sur la commande donc je m'en satisfait..

5 juin : Je reçois un mail me disant que les crop tops ne sont plus disponibles et que je vais être remboursée..
Pourquoi presque 2 semaines après les produits ne sont plus disponibles?? Je pensais être la seule à ne pas pouvoir avoir les produits mais finalement énormément de personnes sont dans mon cas ! Ils sembleraient que seuls les influenceurs peuvent avoir accès aux produits..

Très déçue de la marque malgré la qualité des leggings (d'où mes 3 étoiles) je ne sais pas si je recommanderais à nouveau car dès que le site est ouvert nous avons même pas 2 minutes pour passer commande et même si on arrive il y a très peu de chance qu'on ai les produits.. Nie wieder! Man bestellt, kriegt eine Bestellbestätigung und kriegt dann auf Nachfrage nach 1,5 Wochen mitgeteilt dass man leider überverkauft hätte und die Bestellung storniert werden muss. Geld kam nur durch Paypal Konfliktlösung zurück.

I don’t understand all these horrible reviews. Nvgtn leggings are some of my favorite workout leggings besides alphalete. Their contour leggings may feel a little thicker than others but I find them to be very flattering. Their new contour seamless 2.0 leggings are AMAZING! I love that they are all high waisted which hides my mommy tummy while flattering other areas of my body. I have never had any issues with piling, ripping or being see through. I also love the pricing of these leggings, they aren’t over priced at all!

I was skeptical of whether I should buy from this brand. But since many people on social media were speaking very highly of this brand I was excited to give it a try. I normally don't have time to sit and write a review but this one is worth it. As a gym girl, I have experienced many brands of fitness clothing that are far better than Navigation. Their leggings are nothing like what many influencers are portraying them to be. The leggings have a very thick almost rough material and when you put them on it is very uncomfortable because they are not true to size at all! Please size up a size or 2 if you still want to buy from this brand. Navigation has a good way of gaslighting you and making you question your own reality. I can not buy from a brand that is not reliable.

Complete waste of money. These leggings are AWFUL. I’ve been strength training for almost 8 years and these are the WORST leggings I’ve ever put on my body. They are not soft, they are scratchy af and give you THE WORST CAMEL TOE. If you aren’t posing like the models, forget about It, You cannot stand in them like a normal human. I tried to exchange but they are out of stock so there’s nothing to exchange them for. I’m curious if I can even get my money back at all from what I’m reading on all these other reviews.

They canceled my exchange order after I already shipped back my original leggings. I was expecting to get an even exchange but now I have to get a refund with shipping deducted. This is unbelievable. All NVGTN offered was an “sorry for the inconvenience” via an automated email. Not even sure how they ran out of the item I ordered when I placed it before the launch went live by using the return link instead of the locked homepage. This is not how you run a business or keep customers.

Took 5 days to arrive and u ordered from uk!! Took a risk to order due to alll the bad reviews but really wanted buy the new launch , I’m around a size uk 10-12 so got a large in both leggings and shorts both fit amazingly , I could’ve even gone a size down in the shorts so very good and strechy material, would recommend if your doubting to buy !!

I’m so annoyed. I’ve ordered from navigation before and I absolutely love the clothes. I placed an order within 3 min of the website being live on Saturday. Yesterday I got a email saying my order has been cancelled because they are out of stock! What a joke! I was really looking forward for my order and this has just really made me angry cause I was on the website as soon as it went live and put the only items I wanted on my basket and payed. Something for the team to really look into, if other people experienced the same!

My daughter completed and received order confirmation within 4 minutes of your sale opening yesterday.
Today she got a mail informing her that the majority of the items (and primary reason for her order) are not in stock.
That is really lousy service.
Did you even have the tops in stock - or were they just a “lure” to get orders 😡?

Ok so here’s the deal.l, if you’re thinking about ordering from NVGTN as a bigger or midsize girl, proceed with caution. If you are plus size ( i.e typically a 1xl and up) I would not advice these shorts. I barley got away with a XL , I am 5’4 and 195 for reference. The pro shorts I got fit very well I actually like them a lot. Beware of the scrunch version, I would size up. As far as shorts go size up. Shipping wise honestly was pretty fast. Maybe 4 days to get to me. So all in all would legit brand with ok shorts as far as this review goes, money wise reasonable. Plus size girlies I would recommend other brands.

So many bad reviews on here, I have ordered 3 pair of leggings and one of them had a small hole. I have emailed customer service and they where really helpful, with quick replys. They have refunded me for the damaged legging. Also fast postage. I am happy with the service and I will definitely come back and order from the website.

every pair of shorts i bought broke within 3 months - highly recommend any other active wear - these reviews are REAL! not worth the money or hype

Die Leggings haben einen mega Stoff, welcher bis in die Unendlichkeit dehnbar ist. Squatproof und langlebig. Dafür zahle ich gerne den Preis :)

Worst costumer service they i made an order and they did not send everything they have the audacity to say they send it but instead they pretend they send a tracking number and then cancel never again im buying from this company.

Worst customer service and leggings. This is my second pair that have ripped within only a month or two of wearing them. Emailed customer service and they told me I should be more careful putting them on. That there’s a “specific way” to put them on…. For the price it’s definitely not worth it. Especially if they only last a month or two.
