Delivery is quick. The chair is comfy.

An excellent website, easy to navigate and view colour choices and options. A quick response and turnaroubd including a personal phone call to arrange delivery. IT WAS ALL SO EASY. The desk arrived on time, was easy to assemble is of very excellent quality. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent price, friendly and fast delivery staff.

Bought a brown Chesterfield Executive chair from this company and it arrived the day after I purchased. It unfortunately had small scratches on the wood arms that ruined how the product looked. I contacted the company and within 5 minutes this was resolved and within 2 days I had received new arms for my chair! What a fantastic company to deal with and will definitely be buying from them again. Special thanks to Rebecca for dealing with this so promptly.

Order easy,delivery quick.It was damaged but new filing cabinet delivered next day,faulty one removed.Good quality for money.

I purchased an office desk which in turn then wasn’t needed. I emailed NWOF to ask if it can be returned, they came back to me straight away (within 10 minutes) and said it was fine to return as long as it was still in it’s original packaging as delivered (it was never opened so that wasn’t a problem).

I had to pay a return fee but as it was my fault I felt that was fair enough and NWOF arranged everything for me which was helpful as the desk was big/heavy.

The desk was collected the next day and my refund notification came two days later. I can’t fault the service and the return process which was as simple as it could be.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and the staff I spoke to were very efficient and friendly.

Your reply is telling of your attitude toward your customers. It is contemptible and inaccurate.
My only vice in assembling the highly uncomfortable chair was forgetting to put on a piece of cheap plastic cover that you call the “Bellow Cover”
This is not a functional part of the seat. It has no part in removing the back rest, which cannot be done. Your amateur PDF’s and videos are confusing and unhelpful.
Why don’t you learn from Amazon, M&S, Argos & Silvernight, who all refund their customer with no questions asked. Including an £800 mattress.
They would never write a reply like this, even if they believed I damaged their item intentionally.
So, once again, shame on you.

Shame on North West Office Furniture!
“The chair I bought is disappointing, but the returns policy makes it almost impossible to return an item.” Rose Smith wrote here on the 8th of May 2023.
Sadly, I read the above review after I bought the chair.
North West Office Furniture wants it back in their original, generic cardboard box and wrapping, which I recycled.
North West Office Furniture wants the chair dismantled, but it cannot be done due to some fault in design, or a faulty back rest. North West offers the possibility of despatching an assembled chair, but for some reason claim it’s not an option for return.
And just to finally kill the return option, they specify the chair would undergo vigorous inspection once returned. They state that if they happen to find something not to their liking, they will send the chair back to me.
In my case, they make it impossible to return the item.
Extremely bad conduct. No other firm has ever treated me this way. Shame on North West Office Furniture!
I will now have to try a different option.

Price for chair is decent. The chair seems strongly designed also. The only issue is on the seat, at the front. Their is a hard sponge not present on diagram or photos or description. This sponge is on the lip at the front under mesh. So that mesh from bum area is conforming but then when you top half of leg meets the front lip of chair the sponge acts like to cutboff blood circulation and makes legs numb. The sponge should be receded further down or softer so not to create a ridge across the back of leg that restricts blood and not at all comfortable. Seems to be a design flaw. Chair does not go down that far either. So a person sits higher than the other computer chairs I have at home. Back rest and head rest are decent. Would have liked a way to push out the top part of the back to press more against the back though. Most now have a feature like this. Head rest tilts which is a good feature. Arms can swivel left and right, move up and down. Arm rest is padded but it's rather hard padding so not that comfortable when using arm for long periods.

Such an efficient company everyone goes above and beyond to help you. Jamie is an absolute asset to the company. The quality of the furniture is amazing and I look forward to doing more business with this company and the team in the future.

Good prices, quick delivery, quality furniture and very quick helpful reponses to pre and post sales questions I had.

Bought a desk to use for my heavy embroidery machine. It had to be sturdy, the right size, the right colour finish, good value and with prompt delivery. NWOF has an excellent selection and I quickly found on that fitted the bill. Excellent quality and service all round!

Great table, great service. So instructions and not easy to figure out but managed it.

I bought a mount to hold a PC under my desk. On the website it said it would hold 22kg. When it arrived the leaflet said 15kg, which is not enough (my PC is 18kg). I contact NWOF about this, they contacted the manufacturer, passed on the response (the unit will hold, it's just whether the screws hold in your desk), and offered me a refund.
I took the refund as couldn't risk the PC falling. NWOF arranged pick up and refunded me quickly.

This one may not have worked out perfectly but their service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Excellent product delivered in an organised manner and all contacts were crisp and were actioned.

What fantastic service! Ordered my computer chair on Saturday; delivered Tuesday. And when I emailed for delivery advice, got a reply within 8 minutes.
