Delivered on time, everything there, nice furniture!

I’d not heard of this company before so I felt abit skeptical. After looking ok trust pilot for reviews I did see a lot of positive reviews, some reviews did seem abit staged but I overlooked this. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with a) how quick the product was delivered (I ordered a desk chair - Travis grey mesh); b) how easily the chair could be assembled and c) how comfortable the chair is - as someone who is constantly complaining about lower back stiffness.
Really happy with the purchase and would definitely order at from this company. My only advice for anyone thinking whether to order from NWOF if that be sure with the product before you order because I believe you cannot refund something once you open it. It’s hard to order office chairs without having sat on them first but I ensured it was the same chair I use at my office to avoid that pothole.

Accurately described. Prompt delivery. Packaging could have been better, as part of the chair was protruding through the cardboard box. Fortunately no damage had occurred to the chair.

The chair I bought is disappointing but the returns policy makes it almost impossible to return an item.

Buying the Zeus high back chair was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Excellent pre order communication and all my questions were answered; delivery within 2 days; nothing missing from the package, AND the cheapest price by far (compared to at least 9 competitors). Nobody could ask for, or receive, more. Highly recommended.
