Great hire, would recommend
Really easy hire process, will definitely use again ! It made our whole show day a dream. They are worth every penny for communicating between backstage crew and tech team.
Only thing that doesn’t make this a 5 star review is that on the day of collection I didn’t get an hour time slot as mentioned on the hire conditions online. My DPD collection said between 9-5. Which caused me issues as I had to take time off work to make sure I was in for the collection to avoid an extra charge.

Speed delivery, good kit, shame no detailed documentation
Speed delivery, all goods as expected, but very little documentation on how to deploy the equipment, I had to look on line to get all the manuals for the equipment. The earlec Comms system is good value, but does needed to be setup so the setting up information is vital, it is a shame that the documentation was not included. Nymrod customer support is very responsive, I have previously contacted them and received excellent support.
