For someone with severe anxiety i was already super excited about the courses before enroling due to all the work being online. I absoloutly LOVE this form of work. Harriet was amazing at helping me financially work out everything with my mum by my side and explained everything in so much detail that we barely had questions. So far my experience has been great and i love that i can work at my own pace as when i have the really bad days im not obligated to put in work when i am feeling my worst.

Yes they're friendly and nice but hard to reach. Trying to cancel my 7 day trial before the trial ended was a mission. I was told on the phone it had been cancelled just to receive an email saying the payments were still going ahead. I ended up contacting the finance company myself to cancel the payments before the trial was up

Harriet was amazing! Helped me enrol and got everything all sorted out for me! Getting me all ready and told me all of the information I wanted to know and even things that she thought I needed to know. Thank you Harriet.

Super nice and respectful over the phone and always made sure that I was happy with whatever decisions I would make in terms of my future goal which is to start my own small business when I am certified.
