Hi AJ,

I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent order. It's unfortunate that you received only one of the two products you ordered and that you haven't received a response to your emails.

It's good to hear that the NZ DEPOT team is investigating the issue with the missing Bat Anti-scruff Facing. It's possible that customs or shipping-related issues may have caused a delay or misplacement of the item. Offering you a credit or the option to have it sent through a different supplier is a reasonable solution.

Additionally, it's a positive step that they've provided you with a $50 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill. This credit can be used for future purchases with them.

Please make sure to communicate your preference to either receive the missing item or use the credit for another purchase once the investigation is complete. Hopefully, this will help resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If you have any further concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to them for clarification and assistance with your order.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns regarding our "free delivery" offer. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your recent shopping experience.

We would like to clarify that our vast inventory consists of over 60,000 different product SKUs, each with its unique location and freight calculations. Unfortunately, these complex logistics and shipping variables aren't always reflected accurately on third-party platforms like Google. We understand how this can lead to confusion during the checkout process.

However, please be assured that we are committed to delivering on our promises. We do offer free delivery on many of our products, and we strive to make our pricing and shipping charges as transparent as possible. We deeply regret any confusion or frustration you encountered when trying to contact us via phone or our website chat function.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are actively working to improve our communication channels to ensure that our customers can easily reach us for any inquiries or assistance. We take your concerns seriously and are dedicated to providing a more seamless shopping experience in the future.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you faced, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance to serve you in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at info@nzdepot.co.nz

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Sincerely,
NZ DEPOT Team
