Let's put it clear: o2 is a nest of piracy. From extremely dodgy extra costs on the monthly bill that had to be claimed constantly, to unexpected billing, to threats through a third company on bills that they do not really inform you are outstanding, to blatant lies and incompetent policies, procedures and services.

I wanted to interrupt their internet service by the time my contact had to end. I came to their office in Brno, Česká, 3 times, and all the 3 times (!!!) one of the employees clearly told me: when your contact is over, the service is interrupted automatically, UNLESS you take a special action. In the reality, nobody stopped the service, they kept charging me, and when I came to their office and asked: what the f...???they were just smiling and saying they that never told me all this. Simply cheaters!!! Avoid.

O2 это компания от которой ожидаешь подставы.

Не далее чем весной-летом 2019 года O2 прославился подключением платных подписок на сервис Gamemine.
Пострадали сотни человек на постоплатных тарифах, в т.ч владельцы устройств для передачи данных.

O2 совместо с Gamemine подключают вам платную подписку, о которой вы узнаёте из ежемесячного счёта. Поскольку плата взымается еженедельно, а стоимость подписки составляет 119 чешских крон, нетрудно посчитать что максимальный ущерб составил 479 крон с каждого абонента.
Отказаться от подписки можно написав на сайте Gamemine, причём условием возврата денег является номер счёта и полный почтовый адрес, что де-факто является собиранием базы данных

Жалобы в Торговую инспекцию, Чешский телекоммуникационный Уряд и полицию к результатам не привели, поскольку мошенники зарегистрированы на Мальте, а O2 придумывает невероятные причины и отказывается возмещать незаконно перечисленные мошенникам деньги.

Мелочи, вроде переключения вас без вашего ведома на более дорогой тариф являются настолько распространной практикой, что об этом даже не стоит упоминать. Конечно, если на них наорать, они вам тариф переключат обратно, но при этом списав часть абонентской платы по более дорогому тарифу.

Very, very bad. I cancelled my service 3 months ago... I am still getting invoiced, and it is impossible to get someboday on the phone who can speek proper English. It is a disgrace that service.
You are being wrongly informed and even if they say that they gonna fix it, and you assume you they fixed, the problem pops up again.
I'd rather have no mobile phone operating than a contract with O2 CZ.

one star is really too good for o2 mobile operator in Czech Republic. The worst mobile network operator in Europe. They will rip off everyone with their dodgy skills. I was with them for more than a year but really cannot stand their dishonesty anymore.
T mobile is 100 times better than them and very fair to their customer and I am talking after my personal experience with T mobile for sometime already.

O2 is the worst mobile network for people especially foreigners in Czech Republic. Beware it is a trap for you guys.

when i just move to czech repablic i walk to the shop and ask for an open contact that i can end any time i want and the guy there was speaking very good english and becouse i dont speak czech he make me sign 2 years contract and when i know about it a go back to him and he start to talk to me only czech and he keep telling me he dont speak english and when i contact o2 company the send me email that i have contact of 2 years and they cant do anything about it
