A friend used her system on me & I'm sold!!
I am a disabled vet & my friend brought her Oceane collection down to give me a facial. It was really wonderful! I can't say enough good things about it. I could feel the tightening around my eyes. I have the black circles under them I could never find anything to help until she put your eye system on them. I'm hoping I can buy my own systems for her to use on me instead of her own.

However, every storefront and kiosk of Oceane Beauty, including trade shows and expositions, is a privately-owned independently-operated third-party Retail Location that resells our product line. While we can provide contact information for the resellers, we have no access to their finances to accommodate processing returns. We as the manufacturer do not have any involvement with the hiring, training, supervising, or distinct business policies of any Retail Location or its employees. We do maintain a relationship with the Ownership Teams, and our management will be glad to reach out to the Operator you specified to further discuss their salesmanship practices that you have described.

Great products
I definitely am a happy oceané customer! I started with the white lifting and stretching mask, the turquoise mask, turquoise lifting and stretching serum. I still use those about twice a month. But also started using the turquoise lifting and stretching cream every night and I and happy with the results!

I really love Oceane!
I really love Oceane! I use the White line daily, the Turquoise line which really helps to rejuvenate my 61 year old face, and the Eye care line (dark blue) which works on the lines around my eyes and the lifts the bags underneath them to some extent. But my absolute favorite are the masks! The Age Defying face and eye masks have worked miracles on my face. When i've used them, the comments I receive are that I must have had a facelift! Well, i kind of did because that is what the masks do for me. I also use the Total Revitalizing & Nourishing Beauty System and love how my face feels and looks afterward. After I bought these all, I thought, OMG, I've squandered away too much money! But now, looking back, I realize how much money I have wasted on things that never worked--more than likely three times the cost of my Oceane, which actually works for me. As an attorney, I always have to look my best. That means looking successful, powerful and as youthful as I can, because the truth is, those in my circle are much younger than I, and before Oceane, it seems that I was seen as someone who'd had better days, even though my energy level was high. There is only one thing negative I can say--I lost the little cover to my instant facelift tube, so it dried on the inside of the delivery mechanism, but I am able to get the serum out after unscrewing it. So don't lose that little cover!

Ocean is not a reputable company-stay away!
In November 2017 a Oceane Beauty dealer at the Westfarms Mall In West Hartford CT sold my 19 year old daughter $2000 of product she did not need-the price was never disclosed until she ran the card and then my daughter did not know what to do. She went to return the merchandise the next day and they literally ran from her. Customer service at the corporate level has been giving me the runaround for 6 weeks and will not even provide a working phone number for the dealer and never return calls or emails after promising to do so. This company is a multi-level marketing scam-stay away!!!

The previously-authorized Retail Location has now displayed salesmanship tactics unbecoming to what we expect from our resellers, in addition to refusal of an adherence to mutual return/exchange policies, as well as their refusal to work professionally within the terms of our agreed-upon business arrangement. The location in question will now be CLOSED forthwith and the current Ownership Team dismissed. We strongly suggest contacting your card provider for a chargeback of funds, as you have filed a legitimate grievance with us as the manufacturer and made every attempt to return the products in question to the Retail Location.

I too had a similar experience with this company on Long Island. I was handed a sample and practically dragged into a retail store! The gentelman then insisted on trying to put products on me, sell me everything the company made, set me up for facial and neck tightening appointments, give me free products and speak to me with a phony Italian/French/Spanish accent. It was truly laughable. I finally got away
from him and out of the store! They are pushy and all but take your wallet out of your bag....this should not be allowed in a mall! I then came home and researched this company only to find out that most people get their products home and do to have the same results as in store! I think its fair to say they play the old 'bait and switch' with products...and I can't wait until someone calls "7 on your side' and exposes these people...it is disgraceful that this is allowed to go on. If a sales person is handing you $600 worth of products and giving you 600. worth of free products....RUN! Anything too good to be true...usually is! Do your homework and RUN!

Awesome products
I love the blue pearl eye cream. Got it in a store so the sales pitch was pretty overwhelming, but the product itself is fantastic. Ive been using their toners,face washes, and moisturizers ever since and have definitely noticed a big improvement in my skin.
