Hi - I recently contacted the company with a question about one of their products. They were prompt, respectful and very, very helpful. They got in touch within hours and they were happy to help by replacing the product, which was sent ground UPS and I got it in two days. I'm really very impressed - VERY impressed, with the customer service. I highly recommend this company - and wonderful products.

Bought the Oceane White Pearl peeling gel and moisturizing cream when we went to Connecticut. Fell in love with the cream instantly. It smells so good and makes my skin feel so soft when I wake up the next day. The peeling gel took several uses before I felt like I was doing it correctly. I love how my face feels so clean after. Ordered two sets when I heard of the buy one, take one promo. There was a mix up with my order but customer service was above and beyond. They stayed on top of things, got my products sorted out ASAP, and kept me updated the whole time. Trying to save up for more of their wonderful products. :)

I am a 75 year old senior and I went to a Home Show. A salesman for Oceane stopped me and asked if he could use a product on my face. I repeatedly told him that I only use organic natural products on my face. I didn't have my glasses so he read the ingredients to me and they WERE Natural. (But later when I got home and put on my glasses, I saw that there were synthetic chemicals in with the natural ones.)
So he applied it to my face and I still was nervous about buying it. I asked about their return policy and he assured me that Customer Service would help me. So I bought it. By the time I got home my face was bright red, swollen and sore. I immediately, after taking selfies, called about returning the unopened product. I was told I could only exchange it. But as I'm obviously allergic to their product I don't want to do that! So I have a very expensive unopened product and an empty wallet. I so hope they will reimburse me.

KUDOS to Farrenn Holt, Customer Service Specialist - I was disappointed that the Turquoise Pearl Face Lift Mask cylinder ran out of product after only 6 months of purchasing it and it was supposed to last one year. I emailed my complaint to Forever Flawless and within a day I received a note asking for my address so they could send a replacement to me - I was shocked! I've never been treated so kindly by a company; it was truly a great experience. Would order anything from them - they stand behind their product.

I'm not a fan of lots of time spent on creams and beauty procedures. That's why Oceane products work great for me. Even inconsistent applications of the products will great great results.

I live in Italy, and I purchased two Oceane masks (Turquoise Pearl Instant Lift and Pink Pearl Collagen Boost) at a privately owned and independently operated beauty store in LA. Both syringes got stuck after just a few applications, but being back in Italy I couldn't go to the store and ask for replacement. I emailed Oceane customer service only to ask if there was any way to get the product out of the airless tubes other than pumping it out. Farrenn replied after just a few hours, and explained to me that the problem with the syringes was probably caused by improper storage and that he would report that to the store. He said my satisfaction was his number one priority and he was going to replace them at no cost, and include a free gift for the inconvenience caused by this situation. All I had to do was providing my shipping address and proof of purchase. In 24 hours the products were shipped to me in Italy, at no cost. What else can I say? Amazing products and amazing customer service!!!

My sincere thanks for the excellent customer service provided by Lea Rosby, Customer Service Manager. I had the opportunity to meet a beautiful customer service agent at a Christmas Expo. She approached me and noticed the puffy eyes and bags under my eyes. After the demo using Oceane Turquoise Pearl Instant Mask, I was sold!! Transformed in 2 minutes,a Miracle!! I also bought the Blue Pearl Eye serum. To my dismay, I ran out of my secret miracle face lift mask, I spoke to Lea and my Instant Facelift Mask was shipped immediately!! Amazing!! That is customer service and a pleasing experience. Look no further for products promising results. I stand by these products, I will continue to replenish my MIRACLE products. I was very skeptical at first and thought that they were scam artists after money. After trying it though I could tell a difference before my treatment and after. It's only my first night using these products and I can already see a difference. I've been buying different products throughout my life and nothing seems to have worked and was giving up any hope short of spending thousands of dollars at a dermatologist. After just one night I can tell my acne scars and pimples are not as red and seem to be receding. It works, expensive but worth it if you don't want acne.

I just want to do a small review about oceane from Walt Whitman mall in dix hills, I bought a cleaner and hydrate cream and I think I got a really good deal! They also did an amazing facial demo, which I loved, but I was very skeptical about how they kept lowering the price the more time I spent there. Of course the lower the price got it was more appealing and after that facial demonstration I do believe that the product works but I kept telling them I wanted to talk to my husband about the price. The lady working with me was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the products. She was a little pushy but not as aggressive as the guy Sean. His attitude was ridiculous. He asked where I was from as if that was of any concern. Maybe he was trying to make small talk? Not sure but he quickly followed it up with "If you come here once a month and tell people where your products are from I will give you a good deal." He gave me a lower price which I would of considered if he didn't immediately take it back with a nasty attitude. I stated again that I needed to talk to my husband and that I would come back and he replied with "No now you can't because the offer isn't available anymore. Looks like this product isn't for you" --Unbelievable! I walked out of there so disgusted

The product is really good, u get what you buy, but I think it's too expensive for the size.

I have been using Oceane products for 8 months and have found a profound improvement in my complexion. Although very expensive, the results outweigh the cost and is well worth the $$.

The White Pearl Toner is the best toner I have ever purchased. I use it every night to remove the dirt and oil that accumulates throughout the day. I am so happy I tried this product!

I just had this most amazing facial at Montgomrey Mall, MD. I am here now with friends and tried their anti aging syringe and it just took years out of my face. Cant believe the results. Oceane rocks

i visited a friend here at and he suggested me to go to next door mall.
While passing one of the mid-size store located at the isle i was suggested to test this amazing hand cream. The smell was great and the cream absorbed in seconds. the smell was great and the sales man was kind enough to explain to me all I’ve asked her about the products and beyond.

I have recently bought the 24K Gold Supreme Luxury Collection and yes I agree its pricy but you really do pay for what you get. This product is amazing and I am so lucky to be able to use it and reek the benefits.

I bought the eye care set because I always had baggy eyes and looked like a raccoon, this product has helped me to get rid of them!

Diamond Infused Collagen Reconstructive Mask changed my life. I have never been brand loyal but I know that I'll use this mask for the rest of my life. My skin feels soft and it creates a smooth finishing look. I love this mask!
