I bought my mother the Multi-Purpose Lotion which is on the cheaper side, and she loved it. She let me try some and I felt the same, so the next day I ordered my own. To this day we still buy the same and wouldn’t change it for the world!

I purchased the Pink pearl collection. After the first week of using the serum, the pump broke making it really difficult to get product out of the plastic tube. When I contacted Customer Service, I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service from Lea. She happily replaced the product even though I bought it through one of their resellers. The product itself is FABULOUS. After 3 weeks of using the serum, cream and scrub, the differences are noticeable - and it sure helps when your own husband calls attention to that ! A+++

I sat down at DIA yesterday and had 2 young men pitch me on this product. I have a policy of no purchase until my current product is almost gone. Here's what I didn't like about the sales pitch above and beyond its aggressiveness:

-Sales rep couldn't answer some basic questions about ownership
-He seemed to think that there are spas.......in fact it would appear as though there are less than 10 stores and that they are not corporately owned....no spas in sight
-Aesthetician (male), was knowledgeable about the product and had a lot to say that frankly, he wasn't qualified to comment on.
------He had a strong opinion that I have the beginnings of roseacea, which is a medically diagnosed condition not a aesthetician diagnosed condition. In my case, I cycle right now (summer), about 50 miles per week and I am fair complected so he was actually seeing the sun under my cycling glasses......
------I have an autoimmune disorder, which has caused a very mild hyper pigmentation on my upper neck. It cannot be cured, however in some cases it can be lightened. I was assured before he noticed that, that the product was not a lightener, like other inferior products. When he saw my neck he insisted it was treatable (huh?! where did you get your dermatology degree exactly?), and when I told him what it was he still tried to convince me that there was a benefit.

Net, net, while it seemed like a nice product spending 10 minutes with these guys completely blew any credibility I was willing to hear, when I sat down. I might suggest a more scripted and educated sales pitch and tone down the aggressiveness a teensy bit.

I was also one of the Denver Int'l Airport recipients of a sales pitch that I liked very much. So much that I agreed to a $400 purchase of the Blue Pearl Eye serum and finishing cream. I had the two boxes sent to my home and I went off on my trip. When I got back, I really had a difficult time understanding why I had made this purchase. This stuff is supposedly made of pearls and sea plants, which is a very woo-woo set of ingredients that tell me virtually nothing about what this product may actually be. That is strike 1. I also found out that the boxes were non-returnable. Strike 2. So I have been using the serum and cream in the hope that there will be some benefit. And there is -- I like how the cream feels. Are the products doing wonders for my eyes? Hmmmmmmm, we'll have to see in a month or so whether I think there is any change that could not be produced with an $12 bottle of Oil of Olay.

I ordered the white pearl hand lotion and it was very nicely packaged and delivered just in time for Mother's Day! It even came with a scrub! :)

I was introduced to Oceane products back in February this year in Miami ..I have purchased the turquoise pearl collection and have been using them regularly as recommended .They definitely do what they say they do and Ihave recommended them to all my friends and family.Great products!

As an aesthetician and skincare product junkie, I can personally attest to great results and quality of the Oceane products. Each product is elegantly packaged and performs as intended and promoted. For aging mature skin, it is absolutely superior and will give you back your youthful radiance, glow, tone and firmness. Not to mention, diminishing wrinkles and imperfections. I am excited to see ongoing results with using the facelift product that was introduced and demonstrated by Oceane reps. The products are expensive, but I am hopeful that they will remarkably delay the aging process and prevent the need for invasive procedures for as long as possible, if at all. Totally worth the investment!

I was recently introduced to the line of Oceane cosmetics at the Denver airport- in my thought a most unlikely place .As it was. to become a highly rewarding experience.My dermatologist classified my skin as "fragile" and finding a product that was compatible and productive has been a challenge. The agents were pleasant, amiable and very knowledgeable about their product. The blue pearl eye set was the first introduction. Presentation and application were excellent, the product felt cooling, soothing and working. I could feel a difference more than see it at that time, however I purchased the set and use it faithfully and as instructed. Not even a month into it and my eyes are smoother, brighter and overall lightened, with no irritations. I tried some other products and purchased them as well. My skin balance and tone has improved considerably, with no reactions or difficulties of any kind. I am a happy Oceane customer for life now. Thank you.
