Good service, good product
The item we ordered was out of stock but the company sorted it out very quickly and delivery was on time. 3D superlight 230 appears really good and true to its name very light. It also appears to be very robust and well designed, but time will tell. So far very happy with purchase

Great service from Simon
Great service from Simon, but would be useful if the website didn't show out-of-stock items!
Unfortunately the size of tender I ordered was out of stock. Simon got back to me really quickly and was very responsive discussing the other options available that would hit the deadline I had (as well as taking the time to explain the delivery situation with that brand). Once I'd decided I would go slightly smaller, it was dispatched and a refund issued the same day. Excellent service.
