I am normally so careful at checking out new companies but I fell in love with a jacket and now regret waiting weeks to have a piece of tat delivered that bears zero resemblance to the quality in the photo.
Total scam company BEWARE!

This is a Company in China. I’m so annoyed at myself because I tried to check the website thoroughly to ensure it wasn’t. It wasn’t until I got the tracking details I realised I was probably scammed. The jacket I paid £59 for (apparently reduced from £190) is a cheap item that you would probably find in a panto. Returns are guaranteed up to 30days but you have to pay for the shipping which will cost you around £30. Not worth the trouble which is where they get you. Avoid at all costs. Lesson learnt the hard way.

It is fake leather shoes that smell of plastic & were definitely made in China!!!!!

They are not present in the UK, everything is shipped from China it is cheap and nasty. Don't believe pirce was £170 reduced to. They have sent me the wrong item and trying their hardest to not refund the money. Telling me it will cost £20 to ship back to them on a tracked basis and they won't refund till they get them. They are not reputable.

Total scam! The shoes I ordered were made out of the cheapest material. Id understand if i bought them from one of the cheap websites but ol were selling them as a high end product. They took 2 weeks to arrive and when I contacted them I got the same response.as previous reviews. They wanted to send me a replacement pair of shoes or id have to pay £20 to return them to China!! DONT BUY!!

Ordered a pair of shoes advertised as originally costing £170 but down to £51.95 in the sale (i should have known it was too good to be true). Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive so did not come from London which was the second red flag. Quality of the item really poor and pins could be felt poking through from the sole making them unwearable. For the price I expected them to be leather/ suede but description didn't actually say that which is my fault for not reading it more carefully before buying. All the 5* reviews wouldn't actually open when clicked on (another big red flag). Contacted customer services to arrange a return and refund but kept getting fobbed off, was initially offered a 30% refund which increased to 50%. When they eventually provided a return address it was to China and is going to cost £15-20 to return it, they said it had to go back to their main supplier! Now looking more closely at the adverts that keep popping up it's definitely AI and no such shop actually exists.

Ordered a bag and shoes, which took a few weeks to arrive and when they did were very poor quality and not like the website, and definitely not worth the money I paid. Also stank of chemicals. Contacted the company to return items as per their return policy and had a back and forth email correspondence, I think written by AI on their side as it reads a bit strange, all trying to avoid or delay the return. When I insisted they eventually sent me an address in China, which I searched online and the same address has already been flagged in a few online forums and scam trackers. Avoid.

Quality of shoes far inferior to those shown on the website, took 3 weeks to arrive. Arrived with biro marks on them. I asked for a full refund and was told, “ Rather than have you post them back, I would like to refund you 30% of what you paid, that is £15.59, to your original payment method, and the flats stay with you. A tracked return to our overseas warehouse costs £20 or more out of your own pocket and takes weeks to arrive.” Scammers.

Very poor quality compared to the advertised product. I ordered a pair of shoes in size 6, took 3 weeks to arrive which made me suspicious as that’s often a sign of some dodgy overseas manufacturer. I was right, shoes were no where near the quality advertised, over sized and looked cheap. When I contacted them for a refund I got this response
“ Rather than have you post two dresses back, I can put £15 on your card, which is 30% of what you paid, and both stay with you. A tracked return goes overseas at £20 or more of your own money and takes weeks before anything can go back to your card.”
Customer service was quick to answer and very efficient just not the response I was expecting. You should be able to return for a full refund if an item doesn’t fit. Wouldn’t bother with this company, definitely not worth it.

Really poor.

I ordered two dresses. One was absolutely huge, its style was oversized but this was ridiculous and the other one was a different colour and didn’t fit.

The order was 50% off and totalled £100.

I asked to return them and sent photos of the discrepancies and I was told:
“ Rather than have you post two dresses back, I can put £28.59 on your card, which is 30% of what you paid, and both stay with you. A tracked return goes overseas at £20 or more of your own money and takes weeks before anything can go back to your card.”

I think this is pretty shocking and really poor. I should be able to return them
For a full refund.
