Do not order from them. I bought my item in mid May and they said it was delivered. It was not . I challenged them and they showed me a Google map of my area to prove it was!! No proof of delivery. Then when I said that was not evidence they agreed and said the delivery company Evri did not deliver. That it was Evri’s fault. It is for the company to sort that out with Evri as the company has a contract with Evri. They must refund me my money not Evri. I have written over and over . I have not heard anything at all about refunding me money- 6 weeks later!!!
No money,no communication,nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They pretend to follow consumer law but then you get no follow up and no refund. I will be taking further action.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- this company use a delivery service called “evri” it was once called hermes, odolls are guilty by occasion, evri have stolen my parcel 📦 Iv contacted odolls to no much care - they just keep saying the parcel is with evri, but evri say contact odolls , they push the blame on each other like a toxic duet - don’t waste your energy on these companies- whist Ellie an daisy are loving life there company are robbing ppl blind , disgusting behaviour from these so called young upcoming roll models for our children
