Firstly the courier couldn’t be…
Firstly the courier couldn’t be bothered to deliver it to me but just dumped it in the hallway of mu apartment block so had to stagger up two flights of stairs to easy at 87.
Bit disappointed with quality of product too, upholstery very hard, seat also uncomfortable especially as it is much shorter than my old chair, it also has an uncomfortable slope forward and you have to keep adjusting yourself toward the back to stay on it.
I suppose you need to spend hundreds of pounds to get a chair of quality these days, certainly wouldn’t recommend this one.

The teams sometimes bring goods up stairs however they’re not insured to do it in case they or the products are damaged, so it’s really at their discretion. That said, we appreciate it can’t have been easy getting the box up the stairs - we are really sorry about that.
Comfort is very personal, and we’re sorry the chair hasn’t been quite right for you. We provide detailed dimensions and descriptions to help with choosing, however we know it’s not the same as trying it in person.

Do not pay for assembley
I paid extra for the chair to be assembled but they did this in the street despite being told the stairs to the office were steep and narrow, and to get it into the office took brute strength and ignorance, forcing it past door frames and stair rail, consequently my chair seat is not level and I am constantly slipping forward. I dont know if it is a good chair or a comfortable one, I do know it was a waste of my money and will never know if it is for long term use. I have been using it for some weeks now to see if it settles and levels out, but it hasnt.

Poor service from start to finish - avoid!
I ordered a filing cabinet that was supposed to arrive within 10–15 days, but it took four weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, the first cabinet was damaged, with visible scratches and a dent. I requested a replacement, which arrived with an even larger dent. Six weeks after placing the original order, I’ve now asked for a full refund and will be purchasing elsewhere. Communication and customer service were poor throughout — I had to make multiple phone calls and send several emails just to get updates. Very frustrating process overall.

Ergo 3-Lever Operator Chair purchase
I ordered an Ergo 3-Lever Operator Chair to replace my existing home-office chair, which had worn out. To keep costs down, I chose the 'without arms' option and self assembly. My order was made Sunday morning, was processed on Monday morning and delivered Tuesday lunchtime. Assembly instructions were very clear (pictogram type) and assembly was very simple, it took no more than a minute! Very good quality of build with hard wearing cloth coverings. Easy to achieve a comfortable seating position. A shame that the range only came with just two colour offerings (black or blue), but that minor grumble aside, I can't fault my purchasing experience.

A Purchase Worthy of Consideration!
This is the first time, for me, for buying this model of computer chair.
At a little more than half the price of the last one l purchased, (not from this company) it is, without doubt, of a more sturdy and stable structure, than its predecessor. On that basis l expect to have good serviceable use from it, over an extended period of time.

Game changing office chair
I have searched high and low for a chair that can take my bulk, at 6’5 and 18 stone, I’ve gone through a few chairs in my time (snapped back supports etc.), however this chair can take not only my weight all day, but I had my Mrs and my daughter on my lap mor an hour and the thing is rock solid! The service was also great, it arrived the very next working day.
