Total rip off - tease you with a 50p PDF conversion charge and 48 hrs later if you don't cancel the subscription charge you £40!!! Avoid this site at all costs.

I get you might have signed up for a subscription, but when it costs more than my monthly broadband charge, you realise they're taking the pis*

This company tricks you into a subscription by offering a cheap service for £0.50 which if you do not terminate in 48hrs automatically gets you into an expensive monthly subscription of £39.90 They well know many people wont bother to check the hidden terms of offer to cancell in 48 hrs. Once they rope you into the subscription, even King Kong wont get you out. Your money would be gone and there is NEVER a refund for the service you no longer need. They should be AVOIDED-Scammers!

Never order something, they are thief’s . Me also they have , instead of the promised 0.50€ but 39,..€ twice. Nog possible to contact them.

Was made to believe I was only going to pay £0.50 to get my documents into a pdf. Later found out they charged me £39.90 twice! Contacted them but got no response. Never use!

Recently found them on safari as I needed a photo suppressed . I did not see that I had subscribed for a monthly fee of £ 39.90! I saw £ 0.50 taken off my visa account and found the other fee been taken off 3 days later. Clearly not happy. Customer service refused to reimburse. Clearly to watch out for this service.

Children’s charity - we’ve also have been scammed into a subscription we didn’t want. No refund given, even though they keep promising a refund - we are a charity. Don’t use this website !

This company is a SCAM!!!
I paid for one of conversion of one file and somehow got subscribed to their service. Asked them over a week ago to cancel my subscription yet to receive any response from their side ( the automated email that someone will contact me as soon as possible they can show up their ....!!)
Be carefil with them because they are only to get money from you. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM I used them once paid 50p next thing i know they charge me 29.90 twice with in 7 days no communication regarding charges saw reviews here called them up after a long argument and a rude telephone representative i managed to get my refund. Apparently i signed up for subscription when i had a file converted. Please be careful

After an initial misunderstanding, I was given a full refund. As long as you read the site carefully, they deliver what they say. Would use again :)

Beware of this scam - If I could give a minus star I would.
I used this company out of desperation, when trying to upload an image for travel Covid testing purposes, as I needed to compress the image which was too large and OfficePDF gave me a price of £0.50 to do this.
My bank has since been in touch to let me know that OfficePDF have since tried to take two further payments of £29.90, which fortunately my bank spotted was fraudulent, so declined the payments.
I have been in touch with OfficePDF today, to let them know I have no intention of making monthly payments, and they said that when I agreed to pay £0.50 to compress 1 image, I also agreed to pay monthly subscriptions of £29.90, which I know, if it had been clear, I would not have agreed to, as I would not need to use the company again.
I want to make people aware of this, so no one else is scammed in this way.

This outfit lures you into unwittingly taking out a subscription service. It invites you to use its service 50 pence when down the bottom of a very long web page comes the info that almost £30 will be removed from your account 48 hours later. A scam.
