Very friendly and helpful
I got an Ecoflow Generator last year, it was delivered quickly, I was impressed from the start.
I had issues with the generator starting a year later (Ecoflow didn't have a replacement), and OffYourGrid was able to help out with no issues, really blown away by how helpful they were, shoutout to Christina for her patience and friendliness!
Would recommend these guys if your looking for batteries/power stations in Ireland.

Bought it online then the next morning was refunded by PayPal. An explanation email arrived after another few hours saying they had gone out of stock. I requested online to be notified when they came back into stock but no reply yeu

I’ve checked our records, and an automatic back-in-stock notification was sent to your email on October 6th at 8:22pm, once stock was replenished on the site. We’re a small Irish business and always do our best to keep customers informed as quickly as possible, even when stock levels move fast.

Customer service going the extra mile
I recently went on holiday only to return and find my solar unit had a fault and was no longer working. I had forgotten who I purchased it from but knew it was either off your grid or the ecoflow UK own site. I reached out to Off your grid and they could not have been more helpfull and after a small wait secured me a new replacement unit which is service going the extra mile. Always friendly and accommodating I have had other products from them and they have alwa6s been top notch. A great Irish company
