Great products, sub par courier
Good communication throughout, DPD used which isn't the most reliable courier, delayed delivery for no reason, I had to contact DPD after no update and no arrival. Not offyour grids fault. Definitely will purchase more products

The solar panel and battery combo will sort out my occasional power needs in the shed for a fraction of what it would have cost to wire it to the mains. Great stuff!

Quality of service at OYG
I recently bought an Anker F2000 from Christina, over the phone. Delivery was as Christina had said. She was as good as her word. I am really pleased with the quality of service I received, which prompts this review.Based upon this experience, I will have no hesitation in going back to OYG. Recently purchased an additional large EcoFlow power pack, after Storm Eowyn; item was not in stock, but was on back-order, with an expected date given. I was notified item was back in stock pretty much on the date expected; shipped next day, and arrived the day after. So now ready for the next storm ....

A great experience.
I had a great experience from start to finish with Darren and Christina. While in Airside in Swords the Sunday afternoon after the big storm, I was trying everywhere and couldn't find a battery pack anywhere. I found Off Your Grid on Google in Starbucks and thought I'd try this last number before giving up. Darren went through everything with me on the phone before I decided to drive out to him. When I turned up at the shop, he was there waiting for me and was already charging the battery pack for me. He went through everything with me, from what the unit could handle to charging times. A great local business, wish them all the best. Thanks, highly recommend!

Customer Service
We have an ecoflow delta pro and we added an alternator charger, which unfortunately ecoflow customer service were no help at all,
however we contacted Off your Grid (ecoflow Ireland)
who resolved our first issue and sold us the correct installation plug, so a big thank you there , we had trouble setting the alternator charger up, again we rang off your grid who very helpfully talked us through, so now we are happy customers, so a very big thank you from us Gordon & Arlene ps we will now only use Off your grid easy to deal with and knowledgeable

I bought a Delta 2 and Delta 2 max from…
I bought a Delta 2 and Delta 2 max from offyourgrid.ie a year ago for my mobile home. I would highly recommend both products for there charge time an amazing 80 minutes. I would recommend the delta 2 for its weight and capacity for example I use it outside for strimming the garden I bring it camping to power a heater and lights. Now the Delta 2 max has the capacity to run a washing machine for a full 2 hour cycle. It also has the capacity to run a toaster a microwave and whatever appliances I already have running truly amazing durable product . Thank you offyourgrid ie for bringing this product to the Irish market a 10 out of 10
