Following the sudden death of our mum Jon and his team were on hand to guide us through and put in place our mums wishes. Would highly recommend. Also Chris who carried out her funeral service with a little bit of humour and sensitivity. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all.

At one of the most difficult times in my life, I can honestly say that Nicholas O’Hara has made it easier and helped me to arrange a wonderful and emotional send off for my dear husband. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped with every step. Very professional, friendly and caring.

Yesterday, my wife and I attended a
Funeral Service at Bournemouth Crematorium of a friend where the Service was conducted by a Fully Trained Funeral Director "Jon"who was exceptional in his duties and caring towards the family and friends and the service was carried out in precision and the Marines and "Last Post" was immaculate. Nicholas O’Hara were kind, considerate and helpful at all times from Mum’s passing right through to the funeral.

Today we said farewell to our friend and neighbour of 26 years. The service provided by Nicholas OHara was caring, dignified and respectful and we cannot fault them at all. Everyone I spoke to or met from the very first time were all understanding and helpful, caring without being "over the top". I felt that I and my family were in good hands and had no hesitation in relying on the people I met for help when needed.

Our experience in dealing with this company has been very positive from the initial contact right through to our mother's funeral. Jon particularly was helpful and compassionate throughout and offered good, straightforward advice at all times. From the very first contact, when I didn't have to repeat information and my mum's funeral plan was found immediately, Anthony and the team here guided us through the process efficiently and with compassion. My dad was very touched by the care and attention taken in laying her out for viewing, a hugely important experience for him. At every stage, we were kept informed of decisions we needed to make or other progress. On the day of the funeral they were respectful and caring, and have followed up afterwards to check we are OK and answer questions. It's a service you never want to have to use, but this lovely family firm looked after our mum and all of us perfectly. Thank you Anthony.

Anthony O'Hara was helpful in arranging our daughters funeral. He was insightful, kind and very knowledgeable and his guidance helped us give our daughter a wonderful memorial. After the service he kept in touch and was always keen to see if there was anything else we needed.

Our experience as a family of our late mother's funeral could not bettered. We were guided through each step with such care and attention. You really feel that the O'Hara family are personally involved.
The detail and design of The Order of Service was so beautiful and personal to Mother. We were surprised afterwards receiving printed memory cards and copies of our Mum's Tribute which will be keepsakes for us forever. In fact the day was a joyous end to several months of sadness.

I wish to thank the team for there very thoughtful words and deeds during the funeral process. When the receptionist said we would celebrate my husbands life, that was special, and no other funeral directors had said that. Secondly my husband had been in the Macmillan unit in Christchurch for the last month of his life, and being in West Moors, it meant a lot to me, that he was coming home. The team think of personal touches and the celebrant Steve Richards chose amazing words to say. Thank you all so very much!

Perfect service from the moment we called them. Kind, considerate and nothing was too much trouble.

Listened to what we wanted nothing was too much for them in making sure we got the send off for our mum that was just right. Always felt it was ok just to pick up the phone to discuss anything. Great communication throughout.
