We received an exceptional service. Responses were prompt and Amy was incredibly helpful. We couldn't recommend Douch Family any more highly.

Gemma and the Staff at the Wareham office were so amazing and helpful. They guided us through the process with sensitivity and patience. On the actual day of both services they were all brilliant we did not have to worry about a thing and gave our Dad the most wonderful send off.

We recently used Douch Family Funeral Directors for my nan's funeral, and I cannot thank them enough for their incredible support, compassion, and professionalism. Every detail was handled with such care and respect, which brought a lot of comfort to our family during a very difficult time. The staff were wonderful from start to finish. Truly a 5-star service

I spoke with Peter Short who assured me he would help/arrange and take a lot of pressure off me - and he DID. He is an absolutely brilliant marvellous and a lovely man. On the day he dressed beautifully and walked in front of the cars from the Flat all the way to the church. With passion/flair/respect/decorum/elegance/sensitivity/charm and manners. He looked after 17 of family members and instructing us all the way to the Crematorioum and then back to the church with flowers. I have already told EVERYONE local in the VILLAGE how lovely it all was and how effortless and seamless it all ran....

I entrusted my husband with the Ashley Rd funeral home. They were so thoughtful,understanding and supportive. Marcella was especially kind and helpful. She even helped me down load photos for the wake and helped me afterwards with my wishes for the ashes. She was always available for advise or just a friendly chat.
The service was beautiful ,professional and everything ran on time and as planned. I felt from the very beginning my husband was in good hands.

The care Jolliffes gave us, from collecting my darling mum to their kindness when we were organising her funeral and the care and attention on the day of the funeral, nothing was too much trouble.

When I first met Danielle at Lesley Shands she was just so caring. She explained each step of the way and although I was devastated at the loss of my husband, she really did help and made everything that bit easier to cope with and explained everything in detail. Natalie, the receptionist has also been brilliant and also so very caring. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it was an absolute pleasure to pop in to see them. They were also so very reverend about everything and never rushed me when a decision had to be made. I would thoroughly recommend them.
