Great Gummies … but…

I absolutely cannot fault the product. The Creatine Gummies are really good and really tasty but don’t get me started on the Customer Service ….. or lack thereof. Tried to contact the company via various channels for three months to pause my subscription. It took a remark on a facebook post to grab their attention and now my subscription has been cancelled. You need better customer service if you want your business to succeed.

Haven’t seen the benefits yet, although I am only 6 weeks in. I really want to cancel my subscription but it’s impossible via the website. Taste is good. Will try the unprocessed version next time.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! I have experienced a very poor level of support from this company. There have been weeks of delays in shipment plus my most recent order doesn’t even taste the same as the previous gummies.

There is no way to cancel your subscription once subscribed and no button on the website to do it. I have emailed customer service twice and messaged on instagram but nothing. I will be talking to my bank about this and will never be using them again. Scam.

After the first month, the deliveries have been delayed, last month's was 3 weeks delayed and I attemped to cancel by emailing them before it arrived no answer. I did after no answer, and today I have received another supply 2 weeks late and I have emailed again.

They are a scam, they do not answer or give any way to cancel, now I will have to send a chargeback through my Credit Card Company.

Really tasty gummies. It makes taking supplements feel like a treat and it of course delivers essential nutrients at the same time.

I ordered 2mths worth of the creatine gummies. No confirmation email sent, money taken. Have used their contact form on website twice, dm’d on instagram and commented on one of their posts abs had no reply.

Zero customer service, website does not allow you to unsubscribe, nobody responds to your emails. I made contact via Instagram but only 1 interaction, no conversation so don't know if it was a person or AI so still unclear if they actioned my request and to make the situation even worse 2 days later I've received another 4 jars, which now means I now have 9 jars 🤯

Cannot cancel subscription and no response to emails. I will be escalating this with my bank as fraud

I subscribed but when I wanted to cancel there is no way to do so… no button to press when you go to manage subscriptions on your account. Simply no way to stop it. I have emailed them three times to their sales support and messaged on Instagram and no one has replied and they have taken my money again. I have now put a block on my bank account regarding them. Do not subscribe!!!!

I’ve been using thrive gummies for over a year now and I cannot recommend them enough!! The gummies are sooooo good and I’ve noticed such good body improvements since taking them

This company is encouraging people to subscribe to their services but there is no way for you to cancel. I have sent several emails trying to cancel and no one has got back to me. I had to escalate this with my bank and waste my time on the phone to get this sorted.

The gummies are good, just don't subscribe!
