Fist time I ordered through the oil club the delivery person didn’t knock on the door, I went out to check he was ok and no issues and he was extremely grumpy and rude to me. He said he couldn’t deliver over the hedge and the route via the front gate was frustrating due to plant pots being in the way. I apologised for the inconvenience and explained I had lived there for 10’years and delivering over the hedge had never been an issue. I asked if I could help him with the hose because of the plant pots and he grumpily said no.
I gave feedback via email and never got any response.
Second time ordering again through the oil club, my money was taken then a week later I got a response email refusing delivery, they never even gave me a chance to tell them I had removed all the plant pots out of their way in order for them to deliver through the gate and along the path if required. I had to wait to get my money back before re-ordering from another company. They delivered today, very nice guy, knocked on the door, said no issue bringing the hose either over the hedge or along the path. So not only oil fast lost a customer but the oil club too as I can’t risk getting my money taken again for this kind of service. Thanks to the other company for their happy service received today. Am happy if they want my money instead.

Quick to respond to orders for delivery of domestic heating oil. Monthly payment scheme spreads the financial load.

fuel went to wrong place and still got invoiced and had to pay for it befor a credit was given

i had run low om oil at the weekend and oilfast arranged an urgent delivery to save me from running out

Everything was straight forward from ordering to the delivery.

Tuesday 18th March 2025 I came home to discover my radiators were cold. I checked my boiler but it wouldn’t fire up. I have a plug in watchman which registered 4 bars left. As I have a disability and can’t climb ladders so a very good neighbour checked the oil level in my tank. Bad news was that I had run out of oil for the very first time. My watchman has always been accurate but not any more. Wednesday morning 19th March
@ 8 a.m.I telephoned Oilfast in Crieff and spoke to a very sympathetic Gentleman called Rhys who said that he would check with tanker driver.
Paul the driver arrived at 11.15 today and put in 500 litres explaining that I would get the remainder next week. Obviously because I had phoned as an emergency and the tanker only holds so much. I was extremely grateful that they came out the same day. First class service from Rhys who I spoke to with my predicament and he got it sorted with Paul the really nice delivery driver. First Class service.

Company is a rip off, this is the new name of the company that used to be Fleetmaxx solutions(same directors on Companies House)was recommended it by a friend who is now no longer a friend

Was charged £148.48 for £100 of diesel

Same thing happened to another friend and they sent the invoice to a debt company who tripped the prices

Am taking the case to the financial ombudsman if they ever reply

First class service as always.

Oil was slightly over priced. Could have got it cheaper but I am in a monthly plan and I am not sure if they inflated the price

Staff are always helpful, friendly and professional. If I leave a voicemail they return my call quickly. Oil is delivered promptly, and sometimes a day earlier than expected.

I've been using Oilfast at Insch for years. They are always very helpful when I speak to them on the phone. The delivery is always prompt. There is no disruption to the area of ground they have to trail the hose along.

You delivered oil to me when I hadnt ordered it, I sent emails asking why this had happened, I also left a message on your answer machine, as no one seemed to be answering the phone, there was no response to that message either.

Received a response today 16th June 2026, the fact that it has taken a year and a half, proves my point.

Fantastic company great customer service. If your low on oil they will deliver it as quickly as possible. Been a customer for nearly 9 years now won’t go anywhere else. Paying monthly is a great option as well as it’s suits me budgeting every month.
