Such a wonderful experience shopping at Oka in Fenwicks Kingston recently. I was left to browse freely but Narinda and Lucy were readily on hand to answer my many questions prior to purchasing. Such a pleasure to shop without an assistant breathing down your neck. Yes, a lovely shopping experience.

Really good products but it’s very expensive

Off putting sales assistant
Found your shop assistant intense and had to tell her she was giving me too much information when she was overly complicating what was involved in arranging a delivery of 4 framed posters to my home. This was not a large piece of furniture.
The automated options for a delivery date on the delivery companies message to me did not allow for what I had told the assistant about my dates for going away in 4 days time.
Bearing in mind close distance from the Bentall store in kingston to Teddington and size of purchase I thought £30 charge was on the high side.
Delivery company were good advising me of later delivery time on the day.

We had a wonderful experience with OKA…
We had a wonderful experience with OKA inside of Bentalls, Kingston. We were initially served by Narinder as we wanted a dining table. Narinder was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, kept us informed and updated. She was always a phone call away and always called us back when she said she would. In her absence we also had the privilege of being served by Charlie and Jenny who were also outstanding and gave us exceptional service. They made sure we our dining table was ready and loaded into our van on the day of collection without any hiccups and made sure we were completely happy and even checked in on us a week later to make sure we were ok and that we had no trouble in assembling the dinning table. The care and customer service we have received from Narinder, Charlie and Jenny has been extremely exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for items for their home as they have such a personal touch, are very attentive and they genuinely make you feel that you are important and they understand how stressful it can be especially when designing your home from scratch. Narinder, Charlie and Jenny genuinely care and want you to go home happy with your furniture or decor. They also spent time helping us decide on what chairs would suit and due to our very tight time frame gave us ideas of what else we could do. To our delight we received an after care call from Jenny which was a very sweet surprise and really made us feel more than a sale and showed they genuinely do care and listen which goes such a long way and we will definitely be returning for more furnishings and decor. I am genuinely very grateful for the outstanding service received and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you very much.

I ordered this glass product from the Fenwick store in Kingston over the phone as a birthday present. I had already contacted several stores closer to me, but none had it in stock—Fenwick in Kingston was the only one with a single item left. They warned me it is made of glass, and I took the chance.
The product arrived four days later and was in perfect condition.
I spoke to a couple of staff members over the phone, and they were all very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Thank you very much—5* service!
