The teams came well wrapped (so protected) and true to their description I feel more discount could have been offered as I ordered quiet a few things but only got the offer at the time

The customer service received from the staff was helpful and friendly. The quality of the product however, is a little disappointing as the stitching is rather shoddy in parts…

In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. High ceilings and traditional mouldings showcase our designs in the best possible setting with the pieces being displayed in seasonal room sets by our talented visual team.

Cushion purchase
Went to OKA today to buy some cushions for the sofa , assisted by Ellie who was great , listened to what I wanted , advised with colour choice , texture , number of cushions and layout etc , provided with a picture of sofa and she was able to do a mock up of how the actual cushions would look on the sofa on the iPad , Ellie was friendly , knowledgable , not pushy in any way & I wouldn’t hesitate to seek her out again for help and advice .

Excellent customer service
Ref Knutsford shop Amanda
I contacted OKA online to query a product design on their Coleridge range. Unfortunately they could not answer my query without referring to their product design team. The agent suggested i contact my local store and she kindly connected me to the Knutsford store.. The phone was answered by Amanda who was so helpful. In addition to my query on the Coleridge sofas Amanda then sent me an email with photographs of cushions that we were also looking to purchase.
Several more items added to our basket and Amanda processed our order via email and provided a loyalty discount.
My wife and I cannnot thank Amanda enough and we will continue to shop at the Knutsford store in the knowledge that we are receiving excellent customer service.
Thankyou Amanda and thankyou to the store manager for supporting Amanda.

Also a shout out to Elli (hope that's spent correctly), who took my phone call earlier in the day and went to the stockroom to check the table we wanted was definitely in stock and reserved it until we arrived.

Really Helpful Service
We noticed that the OKA shop in Nutsford had a sale on as we passed by and bought a garden sofa on the spur of the moment.
It was complicated as we live 90 miles away and we're going in the opposite direction for a long holiday.
Louise was exceptionally patient and helpful while we sorted out the delivery arrangements - thank you!

Respuesta de OKA - Knutsford
Dear Mrs Stockton,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your recent visit to our Knutsford store did not reflect the level of service you have previously experienced with us. We appreciate how disappointing it can be when an interaction feels less engaging than expected, particularly when you have enjoyed excellent service from our team on past visits.
Having looked into your visit, we understand that the team asked about the items you were collecting so they could quickly identify your Click & Collect order. Whilst this was intended to help locate your purchase quickly, we are sorry if the interaction came across differently, as it was certainly not our team's intention to appear uninterested or unhelpful.
We also note your comments regarding gift wrapping. For Click & Collect orders, gift wrapping is available upon request rather than being automatically offered as part of the collection process. However, we appreciate that expectations can differ, and we are sorry if your experience left you feeling that additional assistance was not available.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the high standard of service you have come to expect from OKA.
Kind regards,
OKA

Wonderful staff at Oka.
I visited the Oka Store in Knutsford on a busy Saturday afternoon and met Amanda one of the store assistants.
Amanda made shopping so much easier for me helping me with decisions, showing me alternatives, nothing was too much trouble.
Shopping was a pleasure and not at all stressful because of the way I was treated and the marvellous help that Amanda gave me.
