If I could rate it a ZERO I would!!
Ordered back on January 22,2026 and waited, waited, sent 2 different emails and they did reply to one only to say “we are not a scam site” but yes they most definitely ARE a scam site!!
I finally just put in a dispute with my card and got my money back. It’s been 2 months and I never got anything!!!
Ladies beware!!! Do not order from here even though the suits look super cute!!! Almost lost $100!!!

Please note if you’re considering buying product from this company.

This is my correspondence. I want to return the suits I ordered and they are not giving me the information to do so. I’m going to call the BBB if they do not take care of this issue

An email said they were delivered 7/19/25, but they did not arrive until 7/27/25. Six weeks for a bathing suit for the summer is unacceptable.

Please let me know how to return them. I do not think any more feedback is necessary. I could keep one, but I prefer to return them all.

I adore my flower tankini. It is adorable and I get lots of compliments on it. I also bought the puppy tshirt which is so cute. These swimsuits look good on any age and the price is right.
The shipping takes a while but it is worth the wait. I have already ordered more.

I ordered a swimsuit on June 6th but I haven't received a response yet about the shipment, only a message saying we are sorry and we will contact you but it never happened THEY EAT MONEY DO NOT EVER ORDER

This company advertises swimsuits. Once you order the desired suits. Five weeks pass. After you contact them a few times they ship your order. Another few weeks pass. When you receive your order the suits are not what you ordered. There is an effort made to make these suits look like what you ordered. But in reality, they are nothing like what you ordered. They are made from the cheapest material. They are not at all the style you ordered. They keep you busy asking for pictures of the problem etc. knowing full well what the problem is. False advertising. DO NOT ORDER OKA SWIMWEAR!

FAKE WEBSITE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Never received my bathing suit.. Been sitting in pending for over 2 weeks. Company is a complete SHAM and SCAM!

Order fulfillment is unacceptable. More than 29 days have elapsed and my order has still. Not shipped. They issued a nonexistent tracking # then Customer service responded that the order was waiting shipper pickup.

I ordered several swimsuits from them, it took over 3 weeks to receive them. When I received them, the tops were the incorrect ones. The swimsuits I ordered had a choice of 2 different necklines. I emailed the company with pictures and my order explaining that they were the wrong tops. Okaswimwear responded saying they are the ones and refused to send me the correct ones. Never received items. Same messaging as other customers when company contacted “Heavy order, will urge warehouse to deliver as soon as possible” “Have a nice day” No customer service to contact. Had to report to my credit card company.

Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I did not get a confirmation email that should have been clue number 1! They do not return emails!! They have no phone number. You do not get your items!!! Better business bureau do your thing at least block them selling to US!!! This is crazy! Im out 300$. Awful!! They need closed down

BUYER BEWARE !!!!! This company should be ashamed of their actions. The suits are NOTHING like the picture that you see and as per their return policy if the product is not as described they pay return fees…..don’t count on it because they won’t !!!

I ordered a swimsuit at the beginning of December and it arrived about one month later. I was able to track the progress as it made its way to Florida from China. What I received did not look like the picture. The material was flimsy, the bottoms were too large with a waistband that was larger than the skirt. The tankini top was smaller and shorter than pictured. When I requested a return my choice was to accept a 30% refund or pay the shipping cost to return it to China. Shipping cost was going to cost about $30 so not worth the hassle. The person I corresponded with regarding the return was helpful and responsive.

Quality of material is not good at all. Colors were different on actual product compared to what they look like online. I emailed them about all of this and explained I wanted to return everything because I would never wear any of it. The best the offered was to refund me 50% and I could keep everything. Guess I will be donating it all. Stick with Shein or Beachsissi also has good quality beachwear.

Worst quality ever. The cups were 2 completely different sizes, the fabrics like curtain material. Unwearable yet Okaswimwear wouldn't exchange for another. Offered only a 30% refund and keep the swimwear. Which is unwearable! Poor customer service. Don't let them rip you off too.

It’s been over a month! I have emailed & emailed z& they tell me to be patient! I am canceling my payment! This is Rediculous!

It took MONTHS for me to get my order and it coincidentally shipped right after my third email stating I was going on a social media blitzkrieg if they didn’t either ship my order or refund me.

Once the order arrived, one of the main reasons I placed the order (a dress) wasn’t in it! I had to email requesting a refund and the customer service is obviously someone whose first language isn’t English (which fine, but please find someone who understands written English a little better?) because it took two other emails for them to understand I wasn’t trying to return something but that I never got the thing to begin with.

As to the quality of the items I did receive, they’re just meh. Obviously cheaply made and not quality material.

I had to live and learn, but you don’t have to—learn from my experience and never purchase anything from this company to begin with.

My suits took almost two months to come. The quality is horrible, they use the worst possible material and they are very poorly sewn together. Please take my advice and do NOT purchase from this company!

Items are poor quality and sizing is terrible. Nothing like the pictures. They offered half my money back and I keep the items. When I asked for a return address instead so I can return for full refund they give me an address in China that will cost $40 to return.
