Appalling service, and total lack of knowledge about what their selling
Spent £600 on infrared heaters that they advertised and sold as outdoor heaters. Spent another £300 on having an electrician connect them to the consumer unit as required. Only to find out that these are not outdoor heaters (explained by Mirrorstone who manufacture the heaters) who then also told us that Olectrical are incorrectly advertising them.
After speaking to Olectrical, they admitted these should not have been advertised or sold as outdoor heaters, and they then offered us £100 discount or a refund if we can send them back as new with packaging (obviously not possible months after they were installed)
They have now refused to respond to our emails or calls and have ghosted us.
Terrible customer service, and a total lack of knowledge about the products they are selling for a not small fee.
