After over a year of attempting to sell a property with different agents I approached Oliver. The property in question was outside his usual area but he was keen and enthusiastic to give it a go. All I can say is I whish I'd of approached him sooner. The property completed sale on November 15th 2024 after only being on the market with him for around 6 weeks. He went above and beyond to secure a sale, dealing with all viewings although the property was an hour round trip for him.
Oliver gave excellent recommendation on how best to market the property to achieve the best price. I would suggest anyone struggling to sell speak to Oliver, his sale technique is excellent. After only 6 weeks of marketing he and his excellent team made more viewing numbers than two other agents had achieved between them in over a year. They also achieved more offers on the table.

Sold recently through Oliver Reilly Estate Agents - Oliver, Mel, and Owen all brilliant. Mel must have spent tens of hours on the phone to us overall through not fault of theirs but she was always great. The sale was more trouble than anticipated with a buyer pulling out but was never any trouble for them, highly recommend.

Oliver put himself out to be at the property on a specific day and time, which was convenient for us to value the property and following that, viewings were arranged by Oliver and Mel with precision and a sale was achieved almost immediately. The sale was emotionally difficult for me and they handled everything for me so well so as not to involve me directly in the process. They kept me completely updated and they were extremely proactive. Even Oliver’s dad played a part. The whole team are amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We first met Oliver over 6 years ago when we wanted to re-locate from Stockport. He was working for a local agent, we had already sold and were getting desperate for a property in Newark, Oliver and his colleagues managed to find the perfect house and the day was saved. Now after 6 years we decided to move nearer to Newark centre and as Oliver had now opened his own agency the choice was obvious and we placed our property with him. Oliver has changed the face of estate agents in Newark with his keen charges, punchy descriptions, attention to detail and outstanding personnel service. As a new and independent agent he is a breath of fresh air and does fit into any stereotype of the industry. Situated right in the town centre Oliver has extensive knowledge of the Newark and the wider area and although the office is decorated with artefacts from yesteryear Oliver has his finger on the pulse and all the latest property trends and will give you free and unbiased advice and a realistic valuation. Since he opened his office Oliver has been involved in several past and current sales with our family. Oliver Reilly is expanding his office to cope with demand and has recently taken on more staff. I was very happy to market the property with Oliver Reilly because of recommendation. He came and gave a valuation and understood completely that I did not wish to market the property until the probate I was waiting for had come through. Not once did I get any calls or e-mails pushing me to make a decision on marketing before I was ready to do so. I was a real pain throughout the process because I was desperate to get the house we loved, but Oliver and Mel were always dead polite and helpful and chased the solicitors every step of the way for me.
