Very disappointed with this top. Very badly made, poor quality material, can't return without paying an extortionate amount and took ages to come from China. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Totally misleading advert - item nothing like it.
Ordered what looked like a beautiful flowery knitted jumper advertised- waited 3 weeks to get it only to receive a nasty bit of printed synthetic tat. Absolutely nothing at all like the picture!

Absolutely terrible quality, avoid at all costs. Cheap rubbish sent from China although advertised as as UK based business. Ordered a cat embrace necklace, chain was snapped and the overall product nothing like the product advert. Was bought as a thoughtful gift, so having to look for something else. At the price point was expecting something much better but is the same cheap crap could of gotten off temu for 1/8 of the price

Their returns policy, which is not at all transparent, is that the buyer pays shipping back to China. The clothing is poor quality compared to the photos and this is a lesson in how not to shop online. A ripoff!

There's no star for a minus rating! Finally after weeks of waiting for a woolly jumper, that cost nearly £50 reduced from £100,- my 'jumper' arrived and its absoute shite! A jersey top that cost all a few pence to produce in China. They make out they're in the UK. They're not. A total bunch of criminals! I shall be contacting Facebook though I think they may have been taken down under that name. I'm sure they'll pop up again under another name. Lesson = NEVER order clothes through Facebook.

It’s Temu but worse.
I ordered a knitted jumper for my wife and received something made of polyester beyond rubbish.
I so wish I had read the reviews but I got scammed. They offered me 15% refund and keep the rag jumper to save shipping it back to some far flung country in Asia.
Save money and buy clothes off a tramp, they’ll be better quality!

Ordered what was described as a soft knitted top. The pattern was very nice but the material was spandex and polyester and was cheap and nasty . The neck wasn’t big enough to get my small head through. They told me I could return it to Asia at my own cost of about £20 and then if it was received in excellent condition I might get a refund. They offered me 15%. To keep the item .when I refused they upped their offer to 30% which I reluctantly accepted. £35 out of pocket with a useless garment. DO NOT BUY from this seller.

Can't give zero. This stuff is crap. Fool me once it's my problem. Never fool me twice. If you want to spend good money on shit go ahead. Used it to wipe the dogs down after a walk and binned it.

Total rubbish! Fraudulent, misleading and fake operation.
The item was NOTHING at all like the website-in retrospect,everything imaged on there is AI generated. Overpriced, extremely poor quality and total waste of money. Surprised that Trading Standards are not involved-they need to be stopped!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I bought the person and dog necklace for my wife and I'm very disappointed its very poor quality and looks like its out of a lucky bag. The advert is very misleading. I thought I was buying from uk, infact the product was shipped from China... I would say I paid £25 and the product is worth a couple of pound at most...

I ordered a pendant neckalce after seeing it on a facebook advert £25, checked out the website which looks all legit etc. found the same item on TEMU for £3

All this website does is order your stock from cheap websites like TEMU and pockets the difference. When i asked for a refund, they basically came back with a crap excuse saying that to return would cost half the value of the product as they use "international suppliers" so offered a 15% refund. I gave up with negotiations and lost out with nothing to show but cheap tat. AVOID!

Would leave less than 1 star if I could , pictures bare no relation to the product received
Lovely knitted woolen jumper was actually a cheap nylon printed top was supposed to be £100, reduced to £50, and would have expected to pay less than a tenner at a market for what I received - manchester based, ships from London, all communication to china

The biggest pile of rubbish. Would not put that jumper on the dogs bed. Awful cheap Chinese rubbish. This website needs shutting down. I am so dissappointed.

This company pretends to be a British company but is Chinese! Just received my order but so disappointed the quality of material is dreadful and is not the knitted jumper as depicted on their website
Buyer beware!!! And don't try and return the item you have to pay to send it back to China!!

The company hide the fact that they are not UK based, the goods are made in China. Quality of the woodland jumper I bought was atrocious - cost £44 plus postage. Material was cheap and nasty and item was far too large - supposed to be size 16 but bust measurement was 48". Like others, told I could return but would cost £10-£20 and offered a 15% discount instead. This company needs to be made to stop trading in the UK.

As with everyone else here, I've learned a hard lesson about not scrolling and falling for averts on social media! The photo of a lovely (I'd say most definitely a knitted woollen jumper) lured me in and it was offered at 50% discount from £100 to £50, so far from cheap. The website is careful to use the term knitted and not mention wool. Foolishly, I equated knitted with wool, not realising that polyester can be knitted. There are some 5* reviews on the website which I'd wager are not genuine. The truth is that the jumper came from China and was made of polyester. The company is careful to follow the same pattern as the one advertised but there were some subtle differences which leads me to suggest this was false advertising, but probably hard to prove 100%. When I contacted the company, as below, I was at first offered 15% discount to keep the item. A refund was offered but only after postage to China was taken into account, which was suggested at around £25-30. When you check tracked postage of parcels to China this doesn't appear wholly unreasonable. I pushed back and suggested I wanted to return the garment, and the offer went up to 30% . In the end I relented. The jumper isn't awful but it no doubt cost only a few pounds to have made. I did the sums (which of course the company bank on you doing) and in the end it was better to have something wearable rather than just lose money. Lesson learnt. Check Trust Pilot and other review sites before making any purchases online!

Lesson learned, don't but anything via Instagram. Not based in Manchester! Alarm bells started ringing when I noticed the tracking data said my item was at the airport. Wish I'd read reviews first.... bank refunded luckily

Please don’t fall for the scam like I did. I looked at a beautiful knitted jumper online. It was showing at reduced from £100 to £50. Knitted, soft classy,,.. from Manchester, What arrived was a spandex , shiny acrylic top, acrylic, cheap thing from China. No refund unless I return the item to China at my own cost of £35. Thieves…. Fraudsters…
