I ordered a jumper from a Facebook ad without checking here and I regret it!
It took ages to arrive, from China, although they claim to be a UK company.
What arrived was not a knitted jumper but a cheap thin polyester top poorly printed with a design.
They offered me a £7 refund, the top cost £45, they advertised it as originally costing £100!
Do not buy from these scammers and shame on Facebook for allowing false advertising.

Scam website please avoid . Sending cheap items from China

The quality was absolutely awful. My mum placed an order and I couldn’t even describe them as clothes. I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy wear clothes of this standard.

A scam company..The necklace I ordered was for the girl & a cat what we got was the girl & a dog. Apart from a mistake the company offered me to return the necklace and tell me to pay for return postage to Asia. Funny that because they say they're a Manchester company & Ivy their designer is leaving so they're selling at a special price, when in fact lots of online businesses are selling the exact same thing for around
£6-99 +. Absolute rubbish.Be warned.

Received order.. absolutely nothing like the image. Waited over a month. Charged £50. Wasn't worth £10.. rubbish material, badly made, read reviews too late. It's not a UK site as lead to believe. Do not engage with this company

Bought turtleneck floral sweater for my wife. Took 3wks to arrive and what pure rubbish it is....not wool or knit wear at all. Just a cheap polyester rubbish top.

I wish I could give this company no stars! please avoid being ripped off like myself and several other customers! Website makes it look like this company is based in Manchester, showing beautiful pictures of jumpers etc. what you see in the pictures is definitely NOT what you will receive. I placed an order for a lovely looking woollen jumper which was £49.95! What I got several weeks later is what I can only describe as a very cheap (see through) material and NOTHING like the one portrayed in their pictures.
As others have said when requesting a refund they ask you to ship the item back to China where it originated from at your own cost, or they also offer a 15% refund and suggest you gift it to someone else, I told them I would have only considered gifting this item to my worst enemy! They also suggest 'using it for another purpose! I told them I would consider cutting it up for dishcloths!
After emailing back and forth they have now offered a 25% refund which I guess I will have to swallow and learn a lesson of ALWAYS checking reviews prior to purchase! Lesson Learnt!

Regretfully this is a scam. Website claims to be a mother and daughter shop based in Manchester, but images of the shop and items for sale are AI generated and fake. Website is actually Chinese based and the items do not resemble those on the website. I bought a beautiful cat embrace necklace which turned out to be a tiny piece of poor quality pressed metal, which more resembled a duck than a cat. The scam is that a full refund is available but only of you return the goods to China at great expense. This breaks the Consumer Rights Act 2015 S11 and S20, Misrepresentation Act 1967 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations Act 2008. Reported to Trading Standards and a Credit Card Claim Back started, please avoid.

So disappointed, bought a neckless as a present for someone that had just lost their cat, the item that turned up wasn’t anything like what was pictured, the quality was awful. Please avoid this company.

Received my order today. A necklace for a christmas present. It is lovely and just as described. I would purchase from this company again. Communication was good and any emails sent were answered quickly. Thank you

Their advertising and marketing is fraudulent, the product is rubbish, and their service is shocking.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They are scamming people from China, and should be reported to Trading Standards.

Absolutely unbelievably rubbish quality necklace. Looked so nice on the advert. Got it as part of my wife's Christmas as she admired it and we fell for the fake Facebook comments. It wasn't expensive at £25 but nonetheless it's not even worth £1. I've seen better quality things coming from a cheap Christmas cracker. Genuinely that bad! Scam company. Avoid!

Do not go anywhere near , ladies Swedish sweater, just a load of misshaped polyester tat . 45 quid lesson learned, Facebook con.

Total scam website / item was exceptionally poor quality and looked nothing like the advertised item. Said I had to send back to China to get a refund which would cost a fortune.

Rip off, description and pictures of jumpers are completely different to what you get. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Like all the other reviews, I was duped into thinking I was ordering from a company in Manchester. Received jumper today, what utter rubbish, not at all like pictures on website. Will be reporting to trading standards. I did try to cancel order within minutes of placing it, after reading reviews, but told it was already in transit??? My own fault, should have read them before.

These people are absolute crooks.
The website gives the impression that it is a uk company but all the products come from China. They take about a month to get here and are absolute tat. It is quite unbelievable how cheap and nasty they are and if you want to return them you have to pay a fortune to ship them back to China. Do not support these criminals

I've got totally scammed, I didn't read reviews unfortunately, can't even call it a jumper that I have received, it's a terrible material top ..
£50 in the bin Im gutted to say the least , picture shows wool gorgeous jumper, this is false advertising, do not buy from this company ... It should be noooooo stars

Totally appalled. Thought i would buy my daughter a nice Christmas gift. The tracking said it had left China. It arrived with no company logo but in a little plastic bag. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. They did offer me 15% back which I refused and let them know I would be giving them a negative review

Sadly, like everyone else on here, I have fallen for the advert without looking at the reviews first. Cheap piece of tat arrived only fit for the bin. Took ages to arrive but got a lovely email back saying it’s on its way. I have now said I want a refund and have received a response in broken English offering me a 15% refund as it will cost me £15 to £20 to return it overseas! Of course I have refused. Awaiting further response.
