I ordered over $800 off the website
2 days later I get two emails for returns as the products are not in stock but was able to order . It's been over a week and one item has come . Who knows where anything else is or if it's even coming . There shipping is a joke .

Still haven't recieved my other tools that I have purchased... No update on arrival times or anything. Pretty disappointed about that.communication is key, let me know where my stuff is and I won't be as disappointed but I can't seem to even check... So like $150 in tools just M.I.A.

Kinda disappointed, the items I ordered arrived damaged and the delivery man did not follow the delivery instructions, he did not ring and left it in the entrance of my building even though there are signs saying not to leave them there since there is theft

I greatly appreciated the kiosk at WEM where I could view and physically hold the tools. The stubby sockets and magnetic can holders seem to work quite well.

I didn’t think 4 stars is great.If it was great I would have gave it 5 stars.The slide mechanism catches some ,it is not smooth.

They provided me with a great price for the product I bought. It is great quality and built well. It was shipped to me very fast. I didn't expect that, but I'm very happy with that.
